Wendy's — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

When trying make my order, the manager was walking around looking for the person(mary) to take my order and when the manager decided to take my order Mary showed up and they argued about her not letting people know she was stepping away from the register. The manager then told Mary to finish my order so she can go on break and told her what I already ordered. Once they transferred the order, Mary started to ask me through a high toned (like yelling at me if something was my fault) voice of I wanted to get a cookie. I replied no thank you and then proceeded to tell the price. I replied with I never got to tell you my drink I would like and she told me that all drinks are in the machine and the I asked if the strawberry watermelon tea was and she replied with a loud no NO then turned to shout she needs a finger and told them that I never told them my drink before the total. Through the next steps until I got my meal she shouted her lines. I felt that the manager should have finished the order and or the way Mary handled the situation was strictly unprofessional. At no point of this transaction was anything my fault and yet I was made to be the bad guy. Mary left the counter with her drink and walked out shortly after leaving the counter unoccupied so I watch two other customers walk out because they were tired of waiting...

I mobile ordered here for my lunch break and I work just around the corner. I walked to the store, and all of the doors were locked. I waited for 10 minutes for somebody to acknowledge my presence, then I tried calling TWICE to see if they could walk my order to the door for me since I didn’t have my car, and they hung up on me both times. So, I walked up to the drive thru window to pick up my order, and they refused to hand me my order. It was already paid for and made, yet they told me they don’t do walk-up services. So I asked them to bring my order to the door for me, and they said no and shut the window in my face. I stood there, because I was not going to leave without my food or a refund. They opened the window two minutes later, told me I was a safety hazard, and refused me my food or a refund AGAIN, then locked the window on me until I left. Don’t waste your money at this location. Went through the drive-thru at this location with a friend of mine. We had 2 separate orders. They gave her her full order and then handed me my drink to my order and then closed the window. We knocked to get their attention but they didnt open it to see what we needed. We drive around and park and then walk in. As we walk in we see several employees standing around behind the counter. I asked 2 different people to speak to a manager but the first person I asked doesnt even make eye contact and walks away. The second person I ask gets who appears to be just a shift lead as he is dressed like everyone else. I talked to the shift lead and explained that I didn't get my full order so he walks up to a cubby hole and grabs my order. When I got my order it was cold and definitely not fresh.
