Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Colorado

The guy on the phone was a total jerk. He annoyingly told me it would be a hour and a half for delivery. This is the second time time ordering from this location and the wait time has never been less. I told him to deliver it to a known hotel in town and he was super inpatient as I found the hotel's address. I was not expecting the curt remarks and even had to tell him to please be patient since I thought they had a list of the know hotels in the area but was happy to get the address for him. Service is terrible here and like I said this is the second time with like service. The last time we ended up meeting the delivery guy half way since they kept getting "lost" to our hotel. This most recent time we decided not to place the order since the guy acted like he didn't need or want anymore service for the night from anyone. A quick tip to this location on business, fix your service and if you have this much late night deliver demands....staff up. Also for those in the area call Brooklyn's Pizza. Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from here. I'm in town for a night and needed food the hotel has this Domino's on the room key so I have them a call. The guy on the phone put me on hold twice because her couldn't hear me but after that he still said he couldn't hear me. When on the phone I wasn't sure of the address of the hotel I was staying at which he was kind of an ass about (even though he knew exactly where I was). When putting in my order he didn't give any specials and rushed me to order. Once I ordered he said that it would be about 30 min I am currently writing this review waiting for my pizza to show up an hr later. I called to see what was up with my order at 50 min and it hasn not left yet. I was told "bro don't worry it's like totally fresh still"

Well I finally got my pizza an hr and 10 min after placing my order and the delivery driver went to the wrong side of the building and refused to walk to meet me in the middle. I never do bad reviews but people should be very aware to not...

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Use Blue Sage or Soda Creek Pizza instead! A lot of my customers work here, so I figured I'd support them and give Domino's a try. The person who answered the phone asked me 5 times, "What size?" "What kind of pizza?" I repeated my order 5 times! I was told 25 minutes for delivery- then he almost hung up on me without confirming my order, address or phone number! When I mentioned "Don't you need my address" He replied with "Oh, uh, yeah" ONE HOUR AND 15 MINUTES LATER, my order still hadn't arrived. When I called to check on it I was told "Well we have one driver and he might have your order?" He then told me that I could get my order for free. But he'd have to call me back. When I did speak with him again, he claimed he couldn't refund me! When my food finally arrived, late and cold- IT WAS THE WRONG THING! I was starving so I ate it anyways, I even paid full price.
