Showed up 45 minutes before they closed and was treated with a big sigh as we entered crew visibly upset better group of two adults and two children walked in for the time we got to the buffet everything that was on it was all that remained for the rest of our visit they did not make any more pizzas they would not make us any pizzas there were three brownies left and four cinnamon rolls and we just had to keep eating the same pizza salad bar was available at the beginning one of us made a salad then but the time any other of our party tried to get a salad it was already being closed down or closed 30 minutes before closing My kids played a lot of games and had problems with a lot of them they replaced some of the credits but wouldn't replace them all I said that it we had a problem with the games more than that we should just contact the company every single employee that was seen was in some way trying to make us want to leave the person that was sleeping and mopping the floors around us while we ate was so inconvenient that he just kept whistling so loud and mopping right up to our feet they took the soda nozzles off the machine before we could get a refill so when we used it it sprayed us all over t was not available because it had already been pulled I'm just very surprised because CiCi's is always been a favorite for our family up until the last few years since the last change of ownership and maybe even the one before that it's just gotten worse and worse but yet the price goes up I really hope that somebody sees this thing agrees with me about customer service at this location I understand people want to go home I understand places close and employees try to pre-close and get ready to make it easier but the more you turn away business the more business goes away word of mouth of one equals 10 10*10 equals 100 at the end when we asked if we could have some of the pizza to go since they were making us leave early they said they'd have to charge us and that was against the policy but I watched at least three employees come up and grab pizza and take it on their way when they left or eating it in the back seemed like they wanted us to have...
Read moreI grew up going to CiCi's and it's just as it's always been. Their signature barbecue pizza is the absolute best. I also really love their cheese pizza as they use a garlic based sauce. I am a little disappointed that they don't have shredded cheese to add to salads, but it's probably to keep costs down. I really can't tell as much as I thought once I've thrown all the other toppings on. It is fairly cheap, It's about $8-9 for the buffet. I remember clearly it was $5 TWENTY YEARS AGO, so I really appreciate that they have kept the cost down. They always have desserts as well, apple pizza and a vanilla custard pizza, and usually some cinnamon rolls. Around Halloween time last year they had pumpkin spice cinnamon rolls. If they are packed, find somewhere else to go. There have been times I have gone where there is literally no pizza on the bar because they can't keep up with how much people are eating. It's not worth waiting around for a couple of scraps. Most of the time I go though, there is no problem with being crowded. It's usually during events like graduation. I definitely recommend this place for a family with picky eaters. Everybody can have what they want and you don't have to buy a whole pizza. My daughter loves the macaroni pizza and it would not get eaten if we ordered a whole macaroni pizza. 😅 Also, they have arcade games and virtual reality for the kids to play once they are done eating if you want to hang around a bit. Staff are friendly and they usually seem short-handed so don't give them a hard...
Read moreMy husband and I have been to CiCi many times. I eat low-carb he does not. In the past I've always asked for a pizza without the crust and they've made it in a pan with no problem. This time I ask for it and they tell me that they don't make it for people with low carb you have to have an allergy. Kind of discriminatory if you ask me. Either you make it or you don't, how do you get to choose who you make it for? So I told the girl I had an allergy and she told me I was a liar and she wouldn't make it for me. So I took a whole pizza scrape the toppings off and ate just that. The manager came over and asked me to leave. I told her to hold on while I push record on my phone before we finish the conversation. She then changed her attitude and told me they changed the policy and they will only make that pizza for you if you have an allergy not for somebody who eats healthy, however they will make it for me just this once. Next morning I woke up sick as a dog! Nose running and sneezing like crazy! Lasted 3 days. Now tell me they didn't spit or do something to my food? As they smirked whispered and laughed at me the rest of the time I sat there. I contacted corporate and they offer me a free buffet. They intentionally made me sick. I can never go back. Keep your...
