I stopped by Freddy’s last night 10 minutes before close last night. I never have high expectations for fast food restaurants when they are about to close and understand it can be frustrating to serve customers that late. However, I had the most amazing experience at Freddy’s that I have ever had at any restaurant or drive thru that I’ve been to. I was served by a nice woman named Amanda, who made sure that my order was accurate and that I had everything that I wanted. She went out of her way to be kind to me, and didn’t make me feel bad at all for coming through so late (like many other fast food restaurants would). I appreciate Amanda’s kindness and will for sure be coming back to this Freddy’s in the future. Thank you Amanda for being great at your job and a...
Read moreFreddy's is one of my favorite fast food places. They have a special fry sauce you can buy bottles of within their locations (or at your local grocery) and a special seasoning I really love. The tots are better than Sonic by a longshot, and more quantity. The fries are smaller than McDonald's fries, but more consistent in how they are cooked/texture. They have old fashioned burgers and their frozen custard is delicious as well. Recently tried their onion rings and was impressed by those as well. I don't like the crumbly breading most far food places use. Freddy's is similar to beer battered, a nice thin layer of crispy goodness. Overall a great place if you are hungry, just want a snack, or...
Read moreWell, I went through the drive thru.. I asked to upgrade fries in a combo to cheese fries. She said yes but in reading the order back she didn't. I asked again, she said sure.. then asked if I wanted ranch to which I said yes. Ended up with cheese curds and no ranch. Best part - I ordered and iced tea and ended up with some sort of soda.. maybe Dr. Pepper? She clearly isn't able to listen to the orders.. so disappointed with the food, it was just a bunch of grease. But maybe if I had a drink I could drink it would have been edible? I don't recommend unless you have the time to correct them over and over and check everything before you drive away. Culver's is probably easier option...
