I have heard good things so I've been wanting to eat here for awhile so we did today finally! I was expecting the food to be delicious but it wasn't very impressive . It was actually disappointing and tasted kinda like a tv dinner cooked in the microwave. The price was high for the quality of the food for sure and I paid over $10 for what he said would be a almost full bowl and was about half or so which that kinda made me mad but whatever. I was really wanting soup also but the kind that was advised all over the menu wall that I ended up wanting was unavailable but I kinda got soup anyway because my sauce was way too runny. I might come back again maybe because they had healthier options than anywhere else really that wasn't a salad . It wasn't nasty plus I didn't get sick which barely ever happens after fast food so that was good ! I want to try more of their dishes but not if they are going to be just ok-ish when I'm wanting delicious yummy noodles! The employees were super friendly and I wouldn't have said anything but it popped up asking how it was so...
Read moreMy Wisconsin Mac and Cheese was exactly as expected, hot and flavors were on point. The kitchen did well with expediting my order, unfortunately the dining room, while nearly empty, presented a great challenge to find a clean table. The other point of note was that the lady that took my order was without personality and acted as if my presence was an interruption to her preferred activity -which incidentally was NOT cleaning the dining room. The presence of her food and drink on the counter where she took my order did not lend itself to the illusion that sanitary conditions were a high priority in this restaurant.
It seems like a restaurant with a 7 person crew and very few customers should have enough resources to keep the restaurant clean.
While the kitchen was up to expectations with their food presentation and speed found at many fast food restaurants, the cleanliness and personnel management is severely lacking at this...
Read moreFirst time I've actually been here, but definitely not the last. I could barely decide between 6 things, but finally went for the spaghetti and meatballs. Let me preface this with the fact that my mom's family is Italian on one side. And I've had, and made, a lot of our family's spaghetti and meatballs. We have a recipe from scratch that is loved, and I've even tweaked a bit over my life. But these meatballs were the most tender, juicy, and flavorful meatballs I've had in years. I don't know how they're made, or even what meats are in them (I'm sure I could ask, but it doesn't matter to me), but I will 100% be buying them as an appetizer the next time I go, and then try either the pad thai, or spicy Korean BBQ noodles.
Oh, and my wife had the orange chicken lomein, and it was damn good too. The sauce was the perfect amount of sweet. And the chicken was equally delicious. I would gladly order both again, after I try some of the...
