Andy's Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Columbia

Did not think I would ever have anything bad to say about Andy's. We ordered a mint cookie concrete and an ooie gooie, while those were okay, the mint cookie was NOT mint cookie, it wasn't any cookie, just mint syrup and fudge. We also asked for a pick six box, mind you there was 3 signs posted for the pick six. The girl said "oh We don't have those" I told her she should remove all the signs then. She acted confused and said "oh okay" Then I am standing there with a 20 dollar bill to pay for our treats and she said "where is your card", I asked her what card, she replied "your pay card" I said you don't take cash", she had to turn to another employee and ask if they take cash. Needless to say, I probably will never visit this particular...

Don’t know what’s going on recently, but the stadium store is going down hill fast. Employees are rude or just somber and lifeless, they’re always playing loud inappropriate music, act like your order is the end of life, they can’t get orders right, the waffles are chewy and old. I’m not sure if it’s new staffing, but it’s not “good” staffing. These kids are not wearing gloves making food, drinking over the top of already prepared food. Guess the health department won’t ever show up late at night so there’s no need for handling food properly, Or worrying about the owners or upper management for that matter either. I’m very disappointed but I’m halfway between stadium and G-stone so I guess I should start going back...

All my life I have dreamt of the moment that I found myself step foot upon the holy grail that is the glistening pavement of Andy's Frozen Custard. Today, that dream became a reality. Yet, that reality was nothing but short-lived.

I have come all the way from Australia with the hope to make my dream true, but my excitement and anticipation was instantly incinerated when the manager and employees instantly snapped at me to leave immediately as they had decided to close 30 minutes before their scheduled closing time because they had a 'long day'.

I find this an absolute disgrace to the establishment that is Andy's, and I am leaving empty handed and heavy hearted, and I will never...
