Awful. 1hr wait to even order after having to ask for someone, drinks took 30 mins to get, no refills offered, took 1 hr to fix the bill. When arrived we were offered a deal to get 30% off food if we paid for a VIP bay $40 and thought it was a good deal as we had a party of 15. No room in the dart bay 3 as we had kids playing and one of the adults got hit in the head with a sharp dart. Another party next to us kept walking through our area as well as the servers. Some of our party was offered to order and able to while others never got asked about ordering until we had to ask. We were there for 3hrs trying to eat and never got to go with the kids to play games as we were waiting on someone for different reasons. But the worst part was when two of the party had to leave before they received their bill and had given us cash so we could pay. We told the server prior that we were splitting the bill among families and she said she would do it later before bringing the bilI. Then was asked about what I was paying for after finally eating and told them exactly what we ordered as it was still in front of us and whatever the other two that had to leave had ordered. I got the bill and the 30% discount wasn't taken off and asked if everything was on there for us and the other two and she said yes that she had everything on there. This was a list on a tablet and abbreviated items but a beer and other items we didn't order was there so just assumed it was what they ordered as I didn't know exactly what they had ordered. Finally got the discount taken off and the other families paid. We were getting ready to go and the server came over to ask how we were paying for the two that had to leave. This is where I got hot as the server proceeded to tell me she didn't tell me she added the other two's items and that I had told her I had cash and she wasn't sure how I was going to pay. But she had taken my payment then went to other parties and didn't address until the end. So I questioned what the beer and other items were on my $100+ bill was for. After about 20 mins doing some research she proceeds to tell me that it was items from another family's order and their beer, (they were charged for the beer as well). Then I told her I wanted it all fixed so I knew what I was paying for. Then the manager came over with the bill, no refund from the other items, which I could have gotten the money from the other party, however he handed me a bill for $45 for the two that left. Now mind you they charge a 20% gratuity for each bill over a party of 7 on top of all that for the server who didn't do their job and all he could say was she was overwhelmed and asked for his help. My response to that was that she should have done that hours ago. We arrived at 330p (not crazy busy) and we left over 3 hours later (people waiting in line to be seated). We were only supposed to be in the bay for two hours and another party was waiting for it and they were cleaning up around us to get it ready. Guess they had to wait another hour for us to leave We would have been gone if we had ordered, got food, our bill was correct and I wouldn't have been pretty much called a liar which doesn't sit well with me. The manager knew I wasn't happy about it and said he would refund me the beer and one of the items. It's too soon to know right now if he did or not but it wouldn't matter as it was not a good experience. I know things can happen and usually do not sweat it, but this time it was just too much. The food was good, no complaints there. The manager was pleasant dealing with everything and the kids had fun. That is what the three stars are for but nobody should have to wait over 3hrs for food and the bill to go play games as that is what the experience is. We have gone to others in South Carolina and had great experiences. Will not be going back...

I recently went to dave and busters with a groupon the groupon included two unlimited play power cards for 2,18 tokens per person and activation fee for power card included overall it was lots of fun unlimited play cards work on blue scan games only so nothing that gives tickets but this was fine since there was still 30 games to choose from (i will include all blue games in my pictures) however most games were shooters so if you are with a child and you do not let them play these type of games u will be limited to racing games and a few others with this package most games are 4 tokens and you lose alot so without unlimited play you will find yourself needing lots of tokens one of the games were in 3d with heart rate sensors and a puff of air everytime something happened making it realistic so this was nice now my gripes when I arrived i was told by the front host that groupons and coupons were not excepted on promotion days she was very nice so nothing to complain about there but it took 20 minutes before a manager came up my wife and i had to sit down from the waiting the groupon details staited that it could not be combined with any other offers which i was not doing because this was not a coupon so i do not understand why i was not allowed to use this on half price games Wednesday the unlimted play cards were already purchased i was just redeeming them its not like i was trying to use a coupon for lets say 20% off on top of already half price games i would not be paying for the games since it was unlimited play the manager would not except my groupon until i explained that my wife and i drove a hour away we also visited the bar for refreshments the service was horrible plenty of servers walked by and did not aknowledge us and the tables were littered with unbussed dishes if it was not for these few gripes i would of given 5 stars just be aware that on groupon it did not say it couldnt be used on promotion days it said could not be combined with any others offers which i wasnt doing so this was a little confusing and frankly ridiculous this review got taken down so...
