Worst customer service ever the entire crew is rude irresponsible teenagers. The supervisor Daisa and I’m assuming the other rude employees name is Jerry because that’s the fake name he gave after being extremely rude about a pizza I ordered online and it was a total of two pizzas. The online did not give the option to do half and half although the pizza advertised was half and half so I added toppings on pizza and called literally seconds after placing the order the guy that answered told me they weren’t doing the half and half the pizza was already in the oven and I had no choice but to accept it. I asked how is it in the oven and I just placed the order seconds ago. Than I said although you are saying it’s in the oven I do not have to accept it. He had the nerve to tell me they weren’t changing the order and because I knew we wanted half and half I called immediately I did not wait a second longer. I’m not sure if phone calls are recorded but this incident took place at about 6:45pm . He was rude and told me he was assistant supervisor than I went in and a lady was attempting to resolve and issue when another young lady stepped up and said she was the manager yet she had the same attitude the ignorant guy over the phone had. She stated their policy is the pizza was already made. I said madam there is no way that pizza was in the oven . But even it it was I didn’t have to accept it because it wasn’t what I wanted. Than I explain that the pizza was going to be wasted either way why give me a hard time about the pizza. She went on about how they were unable to fix it correctly because I used a coupon online and they would have to cancel the order. My question is why would the order be canceled if it’s technically the same order same ingredients only difference is one pizza has half and half. They are so , irresponsible and inconsiderate. Do not go here. Especially if they would place a young lady in charge that does not understand the value of customer service. Read moreOne of our 2 Pizzas was a Pan Pizza with Salami, Pepperoni, and Sausage. It only came with Salami on half of the pizza. I tried to call back several times but without even saying a word, I heard people talking in the background and then a Click. They purposely hung up on me. On the 5th time calling, a guys voice said we are not taking calls at this time and then hung up on me AGAIN as I tried to tell him to hold on and listen to me. I got so Frustrated that I got in the car and went out there. I ordered and payed for Delivery with a $5 Dollar tip and still had to drive over there MAD AS HELL. I don't care how busy they were, They should have answered the phone politely or not answered at all. When I made my complaint at the counter, the guy cooking the pizzas yelled out that it happened because they were the only place open. That was a Lie. Marco's was open and so was Pizza hut. I wish I would have ordered on of those pizza's instead. So I guess its my fault for ordering according to that guy. That was rude and inconsiderate seeing that I payed for my order and had to drive out there. The others were accommodating and promptly showed their concerns to my complaint. They Quickly got another pizza going, refunded my money for the one wrong pizza. That kind of made things better but when I got home, the Pizza Dough was raw on the replacement pizza. Read moreI'm still not able to figure out if this location has poor management or just lackluster employees (probably both). My first visit was delivery which took over an hour and a half when it was communicated to me 25-35 minutes for me. When the food got to me the driver informed me that he saw all of our dips and drinks on the order but didn't get any because he "wasn't handed them" and said I had to go to the store for it. To make it worse our pizza was room temp and clearly has been sitting out for over an hour. I called in and the manger wasn't sympathetic and offered a $10 credit not a refund, wouldn't even reverse my tip. Fast forward 3 weeks, I gave them a second chance and ordered carry out this time, I arrived 10 minutes past when they told me it would be ready and I still waited an additional 15 minutes for my small order. I then went home and opened the order, I had the wrong pizza and wrong dips, the receipt read correctly. I called them and they said to come back and it will be corrected, they then handed me another pizza and blamed the mix up on the oven (how am oven hands me the wrong pizza I'll never know).
