Honestly, I probably won't order from here again. I'm a pretty polite person even when others aren't. I placed my order and apparently my number was not updated to my new one. Totally my fault. I call because it says my pizza was delivered but it wasn't. Told he was coming back, called again after 15 minutes because I couldn't wait outside with small children upstairs (I'm in an apartment). I was told he returned to the store and they were sending him back, made sure they had my new number so he could call when he arrived. Ended up walking downstairs to wait again, delivery guy was pacing back and forth and had my pizza sitting on a ledge. Never called me or texted me to say he was there. I opened the door and said hello and he responded with my name so I said yes. He proceeds to hand my 4 year old two large pizza boxes with sauces, breadsticks and the loaded tots....I said he couldn't carry it he ignores me so I immediately go to my child and grab it all. Just walks off afterwards. I was hung up on both times I called. No have a good night or sorry for the inconvenience. Like I left a 20% tip on my $45 order. Just a horrible experience, will never understand how people like...
Read morei wish i could rate this dominos location 0 stars but i cannot. i used my dominos points to order free garlic knots and then used my money to buy some other items. they said they tried to call me whenever they got here but i never received a phone call even though the proper number is attached to the account and i know this because i have ordered from dominos in multiple different locations before. And then they said they would not bring me my food that I have used my points and my money to buy. And then when i called to ask about how to receive my food the lady who answered the phone basically told me i needed to reorder everything and pay for it again even though my money and my points were not refunded and the food was already made. On top of all of that she also was laughing at me as i was trying to ask her questions about my order. Read moreI ordered online and paid with my DEBIT card. I immediately received a phone call saying they had no delivery drivers. I questioned if I would be refunded and they said yes. It now has been four days and I still don’t have my refund. I called them and spoke to Robert, the manager. I asked why I have not been refunded and how much longer it would be. He said I had to call my CREDIT card company. I told him they should be responsible for my refund, and I should get it soon or I expect them to give me a cash refund. He said “that will not happen”. No apologies, not worried about me, the repeat customer. Won’t buy from Robert or any Domino’s again. I plan to complain to corporate. They should have the ability to shut down the online orders from their website in this or other situations that require it. Robert’s attitude was what made something trivial to many become personal.
