If I could give it Zero stars, I would. Worst employees I've ever encountered. Period. Zero sense of what customer service is. Waited 25+ minutes for 2 breakfast sandwhiches and hashbrowns, approached the staff 2 times about it and both times were told they didn't have them and then walked away. After approaching them for the third time you would expect they got the hint that they are not doing their job correctly, but the look on their faces said otherwise. Confusion in one, and a lack of care in the other. The confused guy continued to express the lack of hashbrowns, but we dismissed that comment and simply said "yes you do" and his look of shock when he turned around and saw a full pan of them was interesting to say the least. Felt like no one their understands what their job is and very clearly does not know the first thing about the building they work in for up to 40 hours a week. It's a simple concept to do your job and I would suggest every employee their go through the training a...
Read moreMy partner and I have come to this location many time. It’s consistently been bad, and occasionally been alright. We placed a mobile order yesterday for a iced caramel macchiato, a dozen donuts and a bacon, egg, cheese croissant. Everything was awful- aside from the donuts, which i didn’t even get the donuts I asked for in the dozen? It wasn’t even close to what I ordered, but I’d already turned onto the road when I saw & it was supposed to be for my coworkers for valentine’s day. Croissant was hard/cold and had one & a half pieces of bacon on it. This one was new for me- but my coffee was AWFUL. They didn’t add any flavor or syrup. It basically tasted like someone who doesn’t drink or know how to make coffee made it. Will be going to a different location as my partner suggested. Won’t be back...
Read moreI went to Dunkin’ on a Saturday night at 7:30 pm to order donuts. They close at 9 pm. I asked for cream filled donuts, they said they were out. I asked what donuts they had, and was told they only one powdered donut left. Of course they had meal stuff (sandwiches, wraps, etc), but no donuts. I never realized that when they stopped being Dunkin’ Donuts, changing their name to Dunkin’, they stopped being a donut shop. I ended going to Krispy Kream and got donuts. I grew up enjoying donuts from Dunkin’ Donuts. Too bad they decided to turn into a fast food restaurant and turned away from their core business. When are they going to change the donut fryer to make French fries. Might as well get in on the chicken sandwich war, use the donut fryer to fry up...
