If a store has hours posted as open till a specific time I expect service up until that time. It's not a major thing to ask, I feel. So when we pulled up tonight at 1 AM with the drive through posted open until 3 AM we expected some kind of decent service. We sat at the speaker for a good 10 minutes before some one deigned to ask us to "wait a minute". Another 10 mins passed before we were asked for our order. Our order was interrupted with, "Is that all?" Twice before we could finish. Then we waited another 8 or so minutes for our total before finally pulling up to the window. We received our cold and overcooked food and happily left for home to eat. Our gyros had enough lettuce to feed a herd of cattle, but sadly only two only two shreds of meat apiece. There was no sauce to speak of and very sad sliver of tomato to accompany the over abundance of lettuce. Our poppers were hot if hard as rocks. The only thing that was worthy of ingesting was our sodas and those came out of a machine. To say we were sorely disappointed with our visit would be putting things lightly. While I realize it is late at night, some of us work nights, and need to eat too....

The lady behind the counter was rude and short, said she did not have the order...when I showed her the order on my screen she flipped the order screen around like I lying to her. The manager had no answer for why they were not receiving orders from the delivery service. The lady and another employee began laughing about how I was not the first person to come in and them not have the order. Her manager asked her to be understanding and she stated several times "Not my order, I don't care" and loudly mocked and belittled her manager. Sadly, I wasn't the only person in the store. I had to cancel and individuals delivery and this staff made no effort to restart systems or call about the issue leaving who knows how many without paid orders. No matter what your food tastes like, staff with that kind of attitude and lack of empathy is NOT who I want touching my food.
Additionally, I spent 53 minutes on hold for the Arby's customer service line within hours, no answers. There was no way to even try and help stop the issue the...

Anyways I would not go to this arbys unless you want to be treated like you are the biggest burden when placing the simplest order. Honestly couldn't even give this place my money after the rude experience and condescending tone of voice I heard through the drive thru. I've never experienced such a hateful person at an arbys or any restaurant/fast food in my life.
Called the store immediately after we left the drive thru mid order to go to the arbys on Main Street (which I recommend 100%). I politely asked for the manager. The guy interrupted me to tell me his name was Rowan and not Ron and basically just told me he's sorry. I didn't and don't want anything from a place of business who cares so little about...
