Honestly this is the worse subway I’ve ever been to. The veggies weren’t fresh and the so-called owner/manager was rude af and condescending (I’ve seen other reviews say the owner is a woman so I think this dude was lying to a customer who walked out).
When I went in, there was only one other customer in store and she was on her way out. The man who called himself the owner/manager and the other two employees were all having a personal conversation with this one woman who seemed like she was overwhelmed and wanted to leave.
Second, the same guy (tall, has locks) kept looking over at me and not saying anything. I waited almost 10 minutes for them to wrap this up before anyone even verbally said anything to me, and another 5 just for someone to help me.
This same guy was hella rude. He rudely took my order, kept interrupting me, didn’t listen at all and kept asking me the same questions over and over again (and I had something simple. Just meatball with all veggies, no condiments. Simple right?)
He kept on talking, interrupting me, talking to the other guys around him, getting on his phone… I mean this literal sandwich took him an additional 15-20 minutes to make because he couldn’t stay focused on the task. I was ready to walk out but didn’t out of politeness. Before I left this dude had the audacity to tell me he hopes I come back to his subway with a better attitude and that he hopes I feel better.
In this whole interaction, I barely said more than a couple sentences. Not once was I rude or demanding. I waited patiently for literally EVERYTHING. When he asked how I was doing I let him know I was feeling ill, like I had caught something and picking up dinner because I didn’t want to cook. Dude was disrespectful and full of himself. I guess he figured because I wasn’t in his face fawning over him or trying to have a 20 minute conversation I was rude?

Read moreWent here today for what I was hoping to be a healthier choice over Mcdonalds. I asked about a sub of the day and the employee mumbled something. Tried again and I still couldn't hear her. But I guessed it was either the B.M.T or the B.L.T. cause she pointed at the sign and I heard something sorta like that. I asked the manager in passing and she said it was the chicken breast. Employee looked surprised and I ordered that. She didn't ask what cheese I wanted and I had trouble understanding what she was asking, the person I was withguessed she asked if I wanted it toasted but She had yet to ask about cheese. I said the cheese and she took forever struggling with the cheese paper. She toasted it and proceeded to burn the bread of my sandwich.person I was with ordered a 6" meatball andthis employee began making the most pitiful meatball sandwich id ever seen. While my bread was turning black!! I've toasted every sandwich ive ever gotten from subway and never had a burnt sandwich. I tried making I obvious I wanted another employee to make it (because I couldn't even understand this woman) but she proceeded to try to make another one just as slowly as the first. We walked out. The guy that worked 6/3/25 night was on the phone while working I guess he was upset because the girl told him to call back when it’s not busy… he proceeded to ask me what I want I asked for the nacho footlong he advised they don’t have the box I asked can he put it in something else he said that would be a up charge. I said I didn’t care for a up charge he then took the next person order instead of asking if that was all I wanted. That was very disrespectful thank god for the young lady that came out and took my order. It took everything in me not to go off on this man. I feel his personal problem “phone call” affected his customers service. I didn’t know your supposed to be on personal calls while working.
