i worked at Freddyâs for a bit. iâd say the food is okay but never what you want something will anyways be wrong because of the inconsistency of not knowing how to work together caused by the General Manager wanting things her way (way harder and unethical). The District Manager, The supervisors and team members were always amazing, were always so nice and helpful, knew what to do and had everything in check whenever they had their own space to work together, i couldnât say the same about the General Manager Genđđ». Horrible management overall whenever she came around, she would snap at you or your team members for absolutely nothing at all or something they werenât involved in, or just because you made a simple mistake that you WERE ALREADY AWARE OF AND FIXING! Kind of a abuse of power at times, horrible towards customers, team, even the people she would interview would be sitting for so long and when she would acknowledge them,( BECAUSE the team would always tell her! she would still MAKE THEM WAIT UP TO FOR UP TO AN HOUR because shes on her phone, eating or doing NOTHING!!!) Nothing i remember would be positive around her she was such a negative person 85% of the time with such a down attitude, only nice when she wanted something from you or had to be. She would also be so rude to the customers when it simply wasnât their fault they didnât understand something the RESTAURANT OR GENERAL MANAGER failed to be clear about, also horrible towards other team members lack of respect or empathy. the place is always a mess, out of order, things missing , something isnât working, the General Manager forgot to do something. (everyday) consist stress inducing management and blames the team members for not doing their task (They were never told or aware of what the General Manager wanted to be done because she always asked last minute when something went wrong!) would send people home even when we were understaffed and busy and would yell because we didnât have much TIME OR PEOPLE TO FINISH ORDERS! General manager JEN once missed a scheduled order from 2 WEEKS BEFORE and still failed to tell the team about and still made us feel as if we were at fault. thatâs the kind of MANAGEMENT and treatment you get at Freddyâs i suggest never going back until the General Manager JEN is gone. even now that i donât work at Freddyâs i still get told how horrible the service is there by my peers. the best thing i did was leave Freddyâs, also failed to mention horrible pay for the work that you do, all for $12 an hour for barely any time scheduled even it you were scheduled and showed up to work YOU STILL WOULD BE SENT HOME AND NOT TOLD BEFOREHAND MULTIPLE TIMES!!!    Read moreOrdered my meal on the app thinking that it would be ready at the drive thru window. App was very qwerky and wouldnt keep the location chose, it kept diverting from hilliard to tennessee. Finally took it right, and I paid by app.
Waited in the line at drive thru, informed them I had a mobile order. They said oh you have to come inside for those. No apology for the obvious long wait to hear such in a drive thru.
I went ahead and parked, and waited in yet another line inside. Staff were rude in passing shouting excuse me sir like I was in there way standing for food. Got to counter after the second wait, clerk handed me a bag and no drinks. I kindly asked for my drinks. She drops two empty cups sideways on counter top and points to their fountain station while looking at the next person behind me. She said there is no root beer, but drinks are over there.
Head over to fountain station, and I pull the handle. No tea. Completely out. It gets better, I started looking for straws and they did not have any stocked, not even one. They did have napkins, however we later tried to use them and they are the ones that crumble in pieces on first wipe.
Grabbed two drinks we did not want and went home to eat cold, and bland tasting flat burgers. The fries even tasted weird, almost like tasteless cardboard. My child ate half her burger and said, I cant eat the rest, it just tastes unhealthy. I was shocked to hear that honestly.
I give reviews when I feel led and share every single positive experience I can, but I personally will never be back to this place. I truly wasted my evening. The parking lot engineering is a big failure as well. Fair warning, watch where you park.

   Read moreI stopped by Freddy's I didn't know what the place was because I've never been there before. The manager is the one to take my order she explained the whole menu to me and a difference of the hamburgers at the offered and I ended up getting the prime rib hamburger with the garlic sauce.
My very first bite to the very last bite was amazing I pictured the hamburger to look like calder's but I would never go back to calder's I will always come here and get this prime rib steak sandwich with the garlic sauce it sets it apart into a whole different world.
The cheese curds were very good they were lightly fried not hard and crispy and I also tried it with some caramel sauce like you put on the ice cream amazing again something I've never tried but I definitely have again.
I also tried the chocolate and the vanilla yogurt which was very very good.
My experience coming in here and I talked a couple other customers because I do these Google reviews and there's six point seven million people read what I write. Everybody had great experience in the store The only thing I ever heard anybody say was when they ordered through a door dash or somebody they had a problem but it was with the delivery service not with the restaurant itself.
So I want to thank the manager and the entire staff because they all checked on me to see if I liked it if everything was okay. Very warm friendly employees.
Now it may take a few minutes to make your sandwich but that's because everything is being made fresh for you they're not taking it out of a hot box.
I understand I have a location also in Grove City so definitely stop in at Freddy's get that prime rib sandwich with the garlic sauce again you'll never want to go back to Culver's you'll always want to come here it's just...
