Panda Express — Restaurant in Columbus

The location is convenient, but through the last 5 years, the quality of service has dropped exponentially. I recognize many of the other complaints voiced here of a specific staff member. Incredibly rude, inefficient, incompetent service. The others seem to just float along surfing her wave of apathy. Forget getting your kid's long awaited cookie with the kid's meal (or other items you order, for that matter). You won't unless you ask REPEATEDLY and actually WITNESS it being placed in the bag, and if you're not careful, they'll charge you extra for it, too. A scam coming down from corporate? If not, they need to know it's going on without fail. No one at the drive thru to take your order and when you drive around, the older lady is irritated with you for taking her away from whatever it was she was doing away from her post & she makes sure you know it. Absolutely no benefit from ordering online, you wait in line like everyone else. They might as well brandish a ladle and yell, "NO TERIYAKI FOR YOU!" Filthy tables. There's basically no benefit to going inside, either. You're plum out of benefits, here, my friend. The ONLY reason I rated it 2 stars was the dishes we order (fried rice, teriyaki chicken, orange chicken) seem to be a staple and are generally uniform & decent in quality. We only go a couple times a year now because the place is tied to some nostalgia for us, but otherwise, no one should subject themselves to this...

There was nothing I liked about this place. The noodles were dry. They only had ketchup packet sized sauces that they kept under lock and key almost. So we had to go up and ask for specific sauces and they would give us two to four the time and that was it. When you're used to getting balls of sweet and sour sauce to dip egg rolls and stuff like that you know getting a little teeny when you ketchup packet of sweet and sour sauce doesn't cut it. And my mom only wanted certain things she wanted her sweet and sour chicken which they didn't offer she wanted fried rice and she wanted noodles they wouldn't give her that combination because the rice and the noodles were both side items not a main entre so let me just say I was not impressed with Panda Express and the least so she end up having to get egg rolls for her side item or something or or another entree item instead of getting the chicken that she wanted. Or the rice that she wanted. So her milk consisted up these dry noodles that she didn't really want orange chicken that she ate some of but she didn't like it very well egg rolls that she wanted but she would like to have had a rice too and then I like the fried cheese wontons and I think they only had them with the crab in it and there was no way I was getting in with the crab in it cuz I don't like the crab I just like the plain fried cheese wontons well let's just say it wasn't a...

We get into the food line at 8:15pm, store closes at 9:00pm. Was told they werent making any more meat chices as they were closing soon. We had people behind us and customers in drive through, and moe customers were coming in the door. Throughout the entire process we were treated awful and made to feel like We the Paying Customers were interupting them. Every single patron was talked down to and agrued with about their food choices. A pregnant nurse had placed an orderon line and paid with a card, was told she didnt even pay and they made her go through the line, reorder and Pay Again!! Really. We have never ever been treated this bad anywhere. We felt so bad for the other customers that came and left who took what left over food was available . Again at 8:30 when store closes officiaaly at 9. N Now, Panda Express could avoid this by clearly posting that they close at 8:30pm. They could also train their employees customer curtesy. Common kindness, and the gentle friendly cuddly panda on their sign, they should replace their panda with a dragon. We used to go to panda express in many locations, and will Never eat there again.
