My brother and I went to North Market for lunch a few days ago and walked around to find food. After looking at all the options, we both selected Hoyo's Kitchen as looking the best for the day.
This place has a pretty standard rice bowl setup, so you select a grain/base, select a meat (from a few kinds of chicken of varying spice levels, beef, and goat), (you can do half-and-half, though they charge you for the more expensive one), two veggies (from chickpeas, lentils, cabbage, and spinach), then salad veggies as toppings (onions, lettuce, cucumbers, purple cabbage, etc), as well as some sauce and hot sauce options. Hoyo's Kitchen not only feeds the body but also educates the palate on the rich flavors of...
