Placed an order through the app around 5-6 pm on 9/17. Fyi I’m placing an order for someone in Columbus. I live 2 hours away . After placing the order I received a confirmation. 15 minutes later I received a call from a manager at 3127 Macon rd location. The young lady informed that she sent the delivery driver home early . I then stated well ma’am the delivery location is literally a few doors down . The manager then stated that she can’t leave the store because it was herself and one other person working . I then stated why wasn’t the online ordering turned off through the app . She then stated that she does not have access to the online ordering. I then stated that I am a district manager and I know for a fact that someone in ownership or the store manager should’ve been made aware of the delivery driver leaving . Therefore the hours should’ve been adjusted . Then she stats I sent the drive home because labor was high and business was slow . As a consumer/customer no wants hear that .I asked for her name . She stated that she wasn’t giving me her name and that I didn’t need her name . I then asked for the general manager name . She then stated that she wasn’t giving me her name and to call back to the store . If the general manager wants to give me her name then she will . At this point I’m extremely aggravated and blown at the same time . I finally asked for the young lady to cancel my order and refund me . She then stated that the order had been canceled and I should receive a refund within 3-5 business days . I said ma’am can you text me a receipt showing proof that the order has been canceled. This order is a business expense for me and I need to have the receipt showing the refund . The young lady then stated she can’t do that and I’ll have to wait until the refund is credited. I will be contacting the owners for this location after this review. Honestly, Working in the quick services it’s extremely hard finding quality managers; however, this young lady I spoke with last night needs to be terminated. As the leader she should’ve been apologetic and compromising all at the same time . How can your guest receive a wow experience at this location . If they have to deal with confrontational managers such as this young lady …...
Read moreAvoid. Got charged $6 for added bacon, and have to make the decision whether to drive 20 minutes BACK to the place to get my bacon or just let them get away with it.
Every place gets orders wrong, I get it. But this isn’t missing mustard on a burger or giving me fries instead of onion rings. This is a $6 add-on that basically costs as much as a meal at most places. I can’t consider that a mistake but a blatant message saying “don’t ever order from here again, chump.”
Edit: No, I’m not going to take the extra time to share my experience your way. You took the time to tell me how to share my experience with the owner, but you can’t just send them a link to the Google review? I have to waste more of my time with your company for you to get the message? Why are you interested in Google reviews but not the owner… or am I just responding to a chat bot that is designed to make it look like you people are taking an interest in customer feedback when the reality is that nobody is seeing this except your potential customers that are now thinking: “hmmm, Subway doesn’t sound so bad, and Firehouse subs isn’t far away - they always make great sammies… and they support fireman!”
Yeah people, just go to Firehouse subs and leave another review here letting them know who got...

The sandwiches taste good (seriously, you can’t mess that part up), but these people cannot read.
Example 1: wife orders tuna, gets turkey bacon Example 2: I order a large Hunter’s club (the more expensive roast beef because it has double beef), daughter orders regular roast beef. Her sandwich has a regular amount of roast beef, mine has barely a sliver of meat in it. So I ended getting a 1/2 roast beef and paying for a double, while she got a regular roast beef. Example 3: ordered a turkey sandwich with bacon added. I have done this several times. For a regular sandwich it is usually 3 slices or even more of bacon. This time I got about 1/2 to 3/4 of one slice AND it was a roast beef and not a turkey.
This constitutes 3 of the 6 times I have been here. I can’t imagine I will be going back since the last 3 times I have been here they screwed up the order. Don’t get me wrong, it tasted good every time - but the aggravation Just isn’t worth it. “Freaky fast” shouldn’t mean I need to deconstruct the sandwich on the spot and then either ask them to remake it, refund me the extra cost, or just...
