Service fail. Tonight i went here after a run ready to grab a quick sub to share with my husband. We got there at 8:49 and pulled up to order just one untoasted sub. I was told by whoever was in there tonight at the drive through speaker that "we put the bread up" already. Okay? You're still open so what the helly?? Then my husband asked if they had wraps to which he was told they had put those away too. I tried to go inside and it was locked early as well. The store closes at 9, not the workers leave at 9. No you leave at 9:15 after doing closing duties. This isn't cool. Id get it if they were back there making a bunch of hot meals to order but this is cold cuts dude, not that. Next time schedule this person to open since they're in such a hurry to close the store down. There wasn't even anyone in the drive through line. Ppl like this is why businesses close and don't do well, just do your job until the scheduled time. I've had to close with ppl in the store too and it annoys me but i knew it was not gonna take 11 mins to get one cold sub. DO BETTER. This happened on 4/28/25 and a man was at the window. Tell him to stop closing the store early....

I ordered a sandwich to take out with me and a water to drink. Unfortunately they don't provide lids for the smaller, clear water cups. When I asked them if I could switch to a different cup so I could have a lid (I'd prefer not to spill water in my car when I drive), I was told they have to charge me 25¢ for the cup. I had already paid and thought it dumb to use my credit card for a 25¢ charge and I had no cash/change on me. None of that should have even been an issue, because customer service would say "provide a lid or swap the cup." ...
Read moreThis place gets worse and worse. Don’t purchase add ins or extras because you will get charged for them but not receive them. Ordered a #14 add bacon, it had no bacon. Also ordered a #16 with extra bacon and it only had 3 slices of bacon which is the standard amount. Asked for both subs to be cut in half and neither of them were, asked for napkins and mayo packets, didn’t get those. Ordered a drink and got no straw. Wish this place would do better!
Edit: followed the instructions in the automated response below and it’s a privately owned location said they forwarded the complaint to the owner and the owner did nothing!...
