I ordered from here back in November of 2021. The first time I have ever ate at this place. It was a Friday around 6:30pm. The teenager who cashed me out charged me $45 for a large pizza and salad. She also did not give me a receipt and I paid cash. I was surprised at the price but I've paid that much before for pizza, but MUCH better pizza and salad. Once I got back in my car I looked up the prices and I should've been charged roughly $28, not $45. I called back first thing the next morning and explained the situation. The female general manager blamed me for not getting a receipt therefore they wouldn't be able to refund me the $17 they over charged. She literally argued with me about $17 that wasn't coming out of her pocket. 😒 She then asked for my home address to send me a gift certificate. I did not feel comfortable doing that but I did in hopes she would honor her word. I stopped into Mancinos literally the same day I called and asked for the gift certificate and she REFUSED even though I was literally IN THE RESTAURANT. It's not like I'd ever go back, I planned on giving the gift certificate to a guest already eating in the restaraunt. I even spoke with another male manager who fully understood I was overcharged and he agreed I deserved a refund but didn't have the authority to do so and he'd have to speak with the GM (Who was the rude women I already dealt with). I have a degree in business management and I also worked in retail for 10 years. I would not have a rude and unprofessional person representing my business in this way. If she is the owner, I hope she sees this and realizes how big of a GREEDY HATEFUL HAG she was over $17. It is now almost April of 2022 and I have tried to call back multiple times over the past couple months with no luck on getting a call back. The pizza tastes like it was made at the skating rink or ball park on cardboard and I will never be back to this JOKE of a business. I do however HIGHLY recommend Zwanzigs, Carlos Pizza, and...
Read moreWe were in there today and picked up our order, we realized when we got home that we didn't have our cheesy bread sticks. I called and talked to the girl and told her what was going on and she transferred me to the manager Patty. Patty was VERY rude. She told me multiple times that I did not pay for the bread sticks (even though I did and it was on my receipt as being paid). I said well when I come back and showed you I paid for it, can I have them? She said "You didn't pay for them!" Well, I took the receipt in and after I was just standing there with the girl at the register, Patty says "Could you just have a little bit of patience please!?" As I am standing in complete silence just waiting. She blamed it on slice not communicating. She still refused to give me the bread sticks or my money back. She said I have to wait for slice to refund me. That's whatever. What I have an issue with is how she treated her employees. She told me "I have to do everything because these girls don't know how to do anything" and then she said "these girls are too stupid to run the oven." These were very nice, very accommodating young women that were working today who felt bad for us in this situation. That seems to be a very hostile work environment. Those girls deserve better than to be told how stupid they are every five minutes, they are just trying to earn a living. I truly hope Patty can learn a lesson from all of them on how to treat another...
Read moreUPDATE: we received our pizza at 7:15, and around 7:40 received a call from Mancino’s asking us to remove our review because they felt the fault was not theirs, as they had made the pizza a second time for us, and it was DoorDash who should receive the bad review. We ordered the pizza through Mancino’s website. Until the delivery person texted us, we had no idea DoorDash was involved. The caller did inform us the service they use will be terminated on Monday. So I changed my rating from one star to two stars since the issue is being addressed.
We ordered pizza this evening through the app at 5:35, and when our pizza should have been arriving around 6, we received a text instead from our delivery person informing us that a person came in and took our order posing as our delivery person. We contacted Mancino’s, and they told us we had to cancel the order, which they would refund, and order again. It’s now almost 7, and the kids are hungry and bedtime is delayed. The person on the phone told us “we don’t know that they stole your pizza, maybe they just delivered to the wrong house.” And then also proceeded to inform us this happens a lot. Are there no repercussions for people stealing other peoples orders? If I were a decision maker at Mancino’s, I’d want to address this ASAP. It’s a bummer because we love the pizza. But it’s too much money for this much headache, and I won’t...
