Upon ordering the 2 cheeseburger meal, I asked for both of the cheeseburgera to have extra onions on of them . I was very disappointed. Not only did we wait for the order to be prepared ( which was no problem because I had requested something special) I was prepared to wait There was not only no onions on the cheeseburger, but the outside of the wrapper had onions stuck all over it. If this was the first time I had ever had this problem I would not have been as frustrated I, this seems to be a re-occuring issue at thos location. It's frustrating the lack of attention to what is going on in the food preparation area. Fries were so cold and I was just so irritated to pay their higher prices but not get something so small as a simple request. My granddaughter received her chicken nuggets happy meal and it was cold as well. Please note that they were not very busy and had ample help. On my last visit 2 weeks ago, we arrived home and neither of our 6 cheeseburgers had meat on them. MEAT MEAT on the burger. It was my fault for not opening up everything at the register and double checking to make sure that they were prepared correctly however, I just looked in the bag to make sure all the items were there, I did not check the inside of the wrapper because I saw the special preparation sticker. My assumption was that if the sticker showed it to have extra onions then it would have extra onions. As I write this I am trying to find something positive to say and I can't find anything. The staff was very unhelpful and no one smiled. They all looked as if they were sad. We ate the food. As far as taste, it tasted fine, cold but fine. I only deducted one star from the grade for this visit for incorrectly preparing but I can honestly say that the restaurant exterior was free from debris....

It seems to be the new movement where people work as slow as they can, and have no work ethic and further have no interpersonal skills or kindness when I assist you or take your order.
So I pulled into this place this morning and the drive-through is about 10 cars deep, this does seem kind of lengthy. I went ahead and got a car wash right next-door, and came back to lines which were about the same . With that I thought to myself. Well, this place is busy must be really good.
Not so much.
So the guy working the speaker talks softer than the softest grandmother could ever speak and you’re gonna have to repeat yourself repeatedly . There’s just no way this could not have been intentional and I don’t see why the manager or the owner of this facility would tolerate it. This is not the right person to be working the drive-through .
After I placed my order, then I sat at the pick up window waiting to get my order for probably a good five minutes.. so I’m thinking myself, Hey, this might not be that bad; It’s probably fresh and nice and delicious.
Once again, not so much. This thing felt like it had been on the counter for quite some time it was mildly warm it was not fresh.
What’s the delay? Oh it’s America’s new standard of terribleness. With this kind of customer service I would recommend that McDonald’s go for full automated because this is one place I will not come to a gain.
At least, when you do their automated stuff and placing your own order, you know that you’re the one responsible on how quick or slow you are this sadly was a...
Read moreHad the worst experience in my life out of McDonald's today in Grandview. From the GM Mike no less imagine that. We ordered a meal to eat in. My wife got a mediocre sandwich that the cheese was cold to the touch in the middle of the meat was cold to the touch. So we asked for a replacement. And the GM put it in the microwave to melt the cheese and make the meat hot. My wife took it out of the bag it burned her hand because it was so hot. In the sandwich was ruined because it had been put in the microwave. So I went up there again and asked for a replacement with fresh meat and I was told that the sandwich was fresh. I asked him to remake it please and he decided that he should give us a refund instead. Then he started talking to the crew about my wife and how the cheese wasn't melted for the whole lobby to hear and we were sitting in the back and could hear him. My wife confronted him he called her a crackhead and then called the police. Me and my wife will never ever go to that McDonald's ever again and I can guarantee you that. So be careful if there's man there and his name is Mike he is the GM and if your sandwich is wrong he will call you a crackhead. Because obviously he's the one who can't do his job. Don't know how he made it up the chain treating customers like that. I will not let this go I will be calling McDonald's every other day until I hear something. Because God knows if I would have called him out of his name I would have been a racist something or another but he can call my wife out...
