Here out of town for my daughter’s cheerleading competition. And I don’t typically eat at McDonald’s but the kids wanted it so I caved and we stopped. It was 10:45 am and both kids wanted happy meals so we stuck around and waited. It was quiet and not busy (I’m from Toledo and mornings are crazy so it was nice it being quiet). When 11 hit I ordered the meals but the kiosk freaked out a bit and had me pay at the register but didn’t give me a receipt. I told the gentleman it didn’t give me a receipt and he said no problem what did you ordered and I told him and paid. A kind woman brought the food to us and told us enjoy and we had a pleasant dining experience. Upon leaving I asked for a refill of my drink and the kind woman who brought us our food refilled it. And then turned to both of the little with me and asked if they wanted refills (I’m so happy she did) . And then as we were just about to leave as we were piling into the car the same woman who helped us came running out because one of the little left their phone. Great customer service. Read moreThe service was terrible. We went inside and they refused to take orders at the register and didn't tell anyone in line to use the machine. There were a bunch of dirty tables and nobody wiped anything down the half hour we were there. After waiting for 10 minutes we flagged someone down and interpreted that they lost our order. I say interpret because the employee who came up to us spoke very broken English and kept talking to us in Spanish without trying to get someone else. When we got our food it was missing sauce and straws. We went back and he gave us the wrong sauce (spicy mustard.) After exchanging the sauce he gave us another spicy mustard. The food itself was ok so there are worse McDonald's, but the service was TERRIBLE. I get that English isn't everyone's first language, but perhaps you shouldn't put someone who can't effectively communicate with customers on the Sunday afternoon...
Read moreThis location gets 5 stars from me not for the quality of the food or fast service. But for the CUSTOMER SERVICE. The young man talking my order through the drive thru had such a pleasant voice and demeanor. He was friendly and courteous. You could tell he had a smile on his face without even being face to face. He said he name was Garron (I hope I spelled it right). He made my day with his attitude.
The lady taking the payment was also friendly and had a great smile. The other lady giving me my order, complimented a shirt I had on and also a cheerful smile.
Most people in fast food don’t get paid enough to deal with rude people who look down on them and it sadly reflects in the attitude of the employees. But Garron and his coworkers were great and deserve much respect and MORE money!!!! Thank you for putting a...
