If I could give ZERO STARS i would stop at this location cause its convienant close to both work and home. Every time service is slow and employees are normally rude. But my visit tonight put the icing on the cake I'll just go to Wendy's next door from now on o highly doubt McDonald's even cares about any customers experience because they have so many but here it goes my horrible experience.... pull up to drive through on way home approx. 1am 2 cars in front of me sat in line to get to order screen for 10 minutes when I finally get up to order screen wait another 10 minutes for someone to come over loud speaker to take order and treated with what do you want. Although blown away by this greeting I was hungry so proceeded to order I began order with a quarter pounder and before I could even get the with cheese out of my mouth was interrupted and told we ain't doing burgers right now ok so I ask how about sausage mcmuffin her reply YEP. OK so I proceed to ask for a sausage and egg mcmuffin 2 hashbrowns and 2 grilled chicken and again before I could get snack wraps out of my mouth interrupted again ain't got those my reply ok hiw about crispy her reply dunno hold up comes back on 5 min later yep we can do those you want to my reply yes please her reply want anything else I replybworh yes just a large strawb again interrupted before I could get out erry shake we definitely ain't got them. My reply ok then well I guess that's it her reply 16 and some change second window i say thanks pull forward mind you had been here almost 20 min now pull up and low ans behold 2 cars that were in front of me still there sit there 10 more minutes 1 car pulls away another 5 min second car pulls away in pull up to window girls slams window open 16.56 I hand 20 dollar bill she rips out of hand slams window back open practically throws my change at me. At this point I'm just flabbergasted so I'm sitting there waiting for my food 10 more minutes go bye so now I have been sitting at McDonalds for 45 minutes window slams open different girl yo did u have the hashbrowns and sausage angel egg mcmuffin I said yes that and 2 snack and before i can get wraps out window slams shut 5 more minutes go by window slams open first girl practically again throws bag of food out window to me almost dropping and slams window and walks away I continue to sit there for another 2 or 3 minutes cause I wanted ketchup girl finally sees me comes back opens window looks at me with a blank stare and says WHAT my reply was can I have some ketchup please she rolls her eyes reaches over and throws 5 or 6 packets at me slams window and walks away again that ends my horrible experience almost an hour to get food and to be treated with such disrespect start to finish is ridiculous STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANNA HE TREATED LIKE A HASSLE FOR THEM TO DO THEIR JOBS BUT YEA THEY DESERVE 15 DLARS A HOUR LOL RIDICULOUS NEVER WILL GO BACK SCREW THIS...
Read moreDrive thru was extremely rude. I have to say that I have worked in restaurants and have worked in customer service for many years. You do not give customers an attitude no matter what. The guy kept talking over us when we were ordering food and would not let us finish what we were saying while we were ordering our food. Then he would ask us again what we were ordering after we were already trying to explain it. When we were given our food at the window the lady was arguing me at the window about the food. She never explained the situation we were asking about. She just kept saying no. She was actually arguing us when we are a paying customer. She just kept saying no to us without even explaining or giving an explanation that was understandable to us. She was also mad that we were not understanding what she was saying so she was raising her voice and giving an attitude too. The fries are awful. They are not crispy. The chicken nuggets are dry. I will not go back to this McDonalds ever again. I was trained before by a very good manager who happens to be my mentor. He told me the customers are the ones who keep our buisiness open and it's our job to keep them happy. He was right.. Managers need to train their workers what customer service means. It's called customer service for a reason. I want to emphasize it is never okay to argue or give a customer an attitude. If I were the manager I would not have these types of employees working for me... no way!! It's okay for a misunderstanding to occur but it's not okay for an employee to give an attitude because of that or raise their voice to a customer..I want to add that I read some previous post on here where customers complained the employees are argumentative...it is true and from my personal experience that means the restaurant probably needs new management...usually when there are multiple reviews complaining about argumentative employees then there's a problem... a few years ago the customer service was better... a lot of times the way employees behave has to do with management...maybe not all the time but most of the time.. you should not see in reviews multiple people complaining about the same similar things... wrong orders or argumentative employees.. I want to tell the owner if you lose an employee you can hire another one. You lose a customer you may end up losing their friends and family too. And you will also get a bad review..it`s like cancer cells because if you keep those type of employees in your system they can ruin your buisiness... we use to love this place but no...
Read moreMy sister and I came to this particular McDonalds store after having a decent night at the casino. I stopped to get us and my daughter something to eat. I get to the window and was asked to hold for just a few moments. No problem! It didn’t take long for the manager (KS #15 order #9) to come to the speaker. I asked for the 2 for $3 sausage McMuffin (2x) and a bacon egg and cheese McMuffin meal. So here would be the start of the issues. Her response was,”so you want a bacon egg and cheese biscuit but on a muffin?” My response was yes and I repeated the order I asked for. It took this manager 3x to repeat the same thing to me I was already saying. Then I ordered a caramel frappe and an iced mocha coffee with liquid sugar and cream. Now this took 4x to repeat the same thing to her before she even remotely knew what I meant. It was as if I was talking in a foreign language. Get to the window I get my order and I am missing a hash brown. I motion for her to come to the window and I let her know she forgot a hash brown. She gets the receipt to look at it and says, “Didn’t I give you 2 hash browns already?” I said yes but I wanted a meal with the bacon egg and cheese McMuffins. She slams the window goes to the back and hands me a bag with the hash brown in it then slams the window again. At this point I’m aggravated because I’m not sure common sense is a thing in this scenario. Shortly after she comes back to the window and says, “Give me a moment, I’m having problems with the machine.” (In regards to the mocha iced coffee with liquid sugar and cream I asked for). I didn’t wait long and she brought that to the window. Now, (this part confirmed her incompetence), I asked for the receipt and she looked me in the eye and says I gave it to you when I handed you your card back. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 ma’am I gave you a $20 bill. She said, “No, didn’t you give me a card?” I was over it at this point!! She asked me to pull around to the front and she would bring the receipt out shortly. That was it!!! I waited for my receipt and sat right there at the McDonald’s and wrote this review. Needless to say to whomever owns this McDonald's….you might want to reconsider this manager working the window. I will NEVER COME BACK TO THIS McDonald’s AGAIN!!!!! I see why this store has such...
