McDonald's — Restaurant in Columbus

We stopped here after a concert at Ohio Stadium 8/12/23. We pulled into the drive thru line around 12:00, and it was PACKED. We figured we’d have to wait a good while and that was okay. We waited about 3 cars behind the speaker for 45 minutes because the lady taking the orders were PURPOSELY IGNORING PEOPLE! Mind you, the McDonald’s was advertised to be open 24 hours. We finally got to the speaker around 1:30. The lady was so beyond rude as we were trying to order making comments like “oh you must think you’re funny” and said “HOLD ON” when the girl asked “are you ready?” After the automated greeting, and kept rushing us by saying “is that all.” She didn’t even tell us our total for the order. When we finally got to the pick up window, she opened the window and said “all I want to do is go smoke.” One girl in our car said “I’m sorry, we are just leaving the concert and this was the easiest drive thru to get to since Cane’s next door was closed.” She said “do I look like I care? I’ve already been cussed out tonight and I’ve been ignoring the drive thru so people would leave.” All we wanted was some food before our two hour drive home but we will not go to this one again after all of that. When she was handing our food out, one girl said “is this everything of our order?” And she snapped back and said “Uh yeah.” This was hands down the WORST restaurant experience we’ve ever had. If I can give this place a 0 I would I usually just go right to work and get my coffee at Tim Hortons or Starbucks. decided let me stop at McDonalds 12/23/2018 at 5:46 am so I pulled up to the drive thru only one in line guy takes my order "Iced Caramel Macchiato" Med thats it . pull up pay for it talk to the guy for a min said he was getting off work in 6 min so he goes to make the Iced Caramel Macchiato then I seen a lady come in they talked laughing someone comes in the drive thru I see him take they order they pull behind me. I see another guy come in they talk laugh the guy that just came in gave me eye contact and he must have seen something in my so he come over and sled the window open and ask me how was I doing explain to him that I have been wait for almost 15 min for my Iced Caramel Macchiato so I can go to work that I'm now late for! He ask was there anything that he can get me like a hash brown or something? No I just want my Med Iced Caramel Macchiato. I lady comes over and said I had to make it over as she proceed to had me a small Iced coffee I said that is not a Iced Caramel Macchiato , she said yes it is. Guys at window were so disrespectful. The one who took my order proceeded to play hookey outside while asking my order for white castle... He then proceeded to check me out in my car after not listening to me place my order twice. Getting pretty upset I finally pull up to the window where I go to pay and they're being childish and giggling about the situation. I then get my card back and the man called me beautiful... First off you are working and hitting on a customer so that is highly disrespectful and inappropriate. Secondly, after the way you have treated me, how in the world is it ok for you to hit on me??? I pull up to the final window, and guess what another girl is just standing there thinking this situation is hilarious. By this point I'm over it and ask for a manger and tell him how unhappy I am with my experience. I proceed to tell him that the two guys who took my order where childish and inappropriate towards me. Then I took my food and left. The two guys should be fired and the manager should learn how to discipline his staff because this whole 5 minute experience was ridiculous and only succeeded in...
