Edit: lowering my review to one star because the guy who seems to be a manager there is very bad at customer service - they were having trouble with my "drive through code" from the app, so they tried to just charge me full price. When I got to the window and pointed out (politely) that the price was wrong he said something like: "man, you're getting on my nerves", when really, I was the only one who actually had a fair reason to be irritated. And another time he lied right to my face about a beverage I had ordered. I really don't feel comfortable going to this location anymore and that's a major inconvenience for me as I drive past this particular location multiple times per day š©.
Old review : Was odd that even though I'd ordered a water at the drive through, they asked me to park and they'd bring it out, rather than just hand it to me at the window.
I mean come on, is it that hard to put water in a cup?
Overall though, this McDonald's is fine, food is OK and I never had a stale bun or wilted lettuce like I got at the McDonald's on Olantangy.
So, if you want McDonald's and this one is close, it's fine.
I used to like getting Iced Caramel Machiato McCafes, but it seems that ALL Ohio McDonald's stopped putting the proper amount of espresso and now they basically are just sweet milk with a disappointing lack of coffee.
If you do get one, compare it to the photo of how its SUPPOSED to look and I bet it won't even be close.
I will give them another chance next week - who knows, maybe they have finally fixed their machine?
If I do find any McDonald's that makes them properly, I'll be shocked and pleased.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe ordered 2 drinks but were overcharged. We realized at the 2nd window. Antonio who was working that window was very resistant to checking our total and refunding the difference. We offered to come inside to sort it out, but Antonio just kept saying he didn't know what to tell us regardless and that someone else would know, but refused to get that help. We insisted and he started yelling at another coworker in front of us about how we were holding up the line. We reminded him we actually had offered to come in. Antonio angrily yelled "do it then!" while gesturing for us to move up. We did and when my boyfriend got inside, Antonio left the window to come in hot and continue to escalate (despite supposedly his issue being maintaining speed of drive thru he'd abandoned). When he got back to the window after being shooed away by other staff, he was telling the customers outside who were waiting on their food and weren't involved, we were "tripping", despite us originally being patient and willing to come in and him starting the hostility. It was clear his concern wasn't smooth customer service as he claimed. Inside we dealt with two other staff who were willing to help. the first window person quickly and effortlessly resolved the original problem of the overcharge. We expressed it never needed to be so drawn out and hostile and were told this was his second instance of disruptions with customers tonight alone where other staff needed to step in to resolve. We asked for 2 number 7 meals like we do every time we come in and at first she rang us up for just 2 cheeseburgers. We asked for large diet cokes, she then charged us for one. We said no we would like for them to be meals, she proceeds to make only one meal and charge us for a separate drink. We tell them we wanted 2 meals, and they got upset with us because I said she was not listening properly to us and made me use my code on only one meal and then I was not able to use it again on the second. Which they then charged us for 2 cheeseburgers and a separate fry, so we then had to initially pay for more even though we were trying to get the cheapest option. I then call to complain about her very rude attitude and how she was actively banging our card off of the counter waiting for me to get a second code huffing the entire time and giving us attitude every time she spoke. The manager then lies to me and says he was standing right there and she was not rude. You made us pay more for food when we shouldnāt have had to. And was very rude. We also asked for only 2 of the cheeseburgers to be made ketchup only and they made all 4 of them ketchup only. And two of them have no cheese. Like you guys acted...
