Qamaria Yemeni Coffee Co. — Restaurant in Columbus

Cafe is nice albeit, a little tight. I frequent the one in Hilliard, so when I heard a new one opened in the area I shop I had to check it out. Ordering was fine, but as soon as I notified them of an error they made they were quick to tell me off.

One of the drinks I ordered was a Qamaria Latte with almond milk and sugar. They gave me a drink with a sticker on it that said almond milk and no sugar and it was timed at 30 minutes prior to my arrival. They told me they lost my sticker and just put a sticker of a drink that was close enough to it and then told me that they made it correctly based on what I had ordered. How do they expect me to believe that when they couldn't even just reprint the correct sticker? How am I sure that the barista even made it correctly when they usually go by what the sticker tells then. Not only that, the drink was not hot to the touch. When I had brought this up they told me to taste the first drink to confirm that there was sugar and it was hot? Then when I finally got them to remake it they asked me to taste it again. I ordered this drink for someone else, what kind of request is that to drink to confirm?

I was excited to finally try the Dubai chocolate strawberries. I placed my order online got an estimated ready time. On arrival no one was out at the counter after about 2 mins someone comes out I ask for my order and I was told they are out of the Dubai chocolate strawberries, and then asked did I want to get anything else. I didn’t want anything else I came on my lunch break only to get the strawberries. Apologies b were made that’s fine , the order was voided so I wouldn’t be charged, ok good. Now while I understand things happen maybe you can’t turn off the ordering for items individually on the order website however my phone number is on the order. I DON’T understand why no one called me before I arrived, I got there about 20 minutes after I ordered and she was not busy. That’s just poor customer service and makes not want to come back and IF I do I will be calling first. This was 03/11/25...

I visited this place with my friend and let me tell you. Best experience i’ve ever had in my life. The vibes of the coffee shop were really nice and my friend and I ended up getting really good pictures and also used their soft opening photo booth! The drinks were a phenomenal and their dessert options looked so delicious ! I noticed they had a wide range of deserts compared to their other two locations which I really liked. The workers were working very hard to make the drinks that were ordered by everyone as their was a pretty big line going past the doors and they also were very sweet as they helped me understand the drinks which I liked because I would like to know what the drink would taste like before buying instead of ordering something and ending up not liking it.
