Smoothie King — Restaurant in Columbus

I always love the staff. I've come here a total of four times and every single time the staff are nice and friendly and get my order out in a decent amount of time I also asked them to pick which smoothie or item I should get on the menu and they suggested something for somebody like me who was new to getting a smoothie at a Smoothie King. I went there on June 19th at 5:30 for my online order. The lady who works that time literally didn't even try to help me find my order. It was my first time, and I asked her, but she didn't make eye contact and just started saying it should be there. There whereee?! Do I just take it myself or I have to wait for somebody??!! In fairness, my wife picked up smoothies for us both and got me one that I would not have ordered for myself. I don't like chocolate and fruit together, in a smoothie, banana split with hot fudge, chocolate covered strawberries or in a Whitmans sampler box of chocolates. Doesn't matter.
