The Burger Den — Restaurant in Columbus

I ordered and paid ahead for pick up get there. They have no ice cream to make milkshakes. The burgers looked like nothing that they were described as in the menu. There were glorified cheeseburgers. No red onion, no toppings like they said in the menu. And the staff was rude and wouldn't refund my money on the milkshake that I did not even get and told me just to call corporate bad bad business.
