Meanest Rudest Lady in the World - I love Tim Hortons, but the Tim Hortons close to my home has one of the meanest, rudest, nastiest women in the world working at it. Every morning I get in line at the drive-thru hoping she isn't working. When I first starting going here, I thought I had done something wrong to warrant her nasty attitude, so I attempted to adjust my behavior, but she was still mean and nasty. Then I went through the drive-thru with family members or friends in their cars with them ordering and they got the same mean, nasty treatment. On top of the fact that she would never fix my Mocha Iced Coffee right. It was always missing ice or barely had any mocha in it. I even offered to pay extra to have a normal amount of mocha in it figuring they barely put any in it because I order it black. But she still wouldn't give me more and she refused to add extra or even charge me for it. I began to believe that I just had to accept this until I just stopped going to this one (even though its close to my house) and started visiting other Tim Hortons. Interestingly enough, all the other Tim Hortons fixed my drink exactly how I liked it without me even asking and they were pleasant. The other locations I visited were in Pickerington, Reynoldsburg and Westerville. One day she was so rude, I went in the store to ask her why she was such a "C*nt" and asked for a manager and she said she was the manager.... Other times I asked other employees about here and they told me she was mean to everyone, that it wasn't just me. I have tried to be the nicest person in the world to this lady and she's always nasty, rude, and obstinate. I don't think I should have to drive to another TIm Hortons when this one is close to where I live, on my way to the office, to get treated like a human being or to get my order made right. I've never had an issue with anyone else at this location. And, I don't know what's wrong with this older lady but I'm sure she's driving customers away. My fiancé and I went through the drive-thru about two weeks ago and I didn't say a word just to see how he was treated. When we pulled off, he said to me, "What is wrong with that lady?" I said, "I don't know, she's just mean and rude like that". I thought it was just me. I even tried asking her how her day was and she was still rude. I've never gone further with this compliant, because the last thing in the world I would want to do is get someone fired. Especially an older lady because its hard out here and I can imagine with her attitude, she may not be able to get another job. And, you never know what someone is going through. Maybe she's in pain, or maybe she's had a hard life, but I'm sick of her treatment. Someone please talk to her or help her. I also want to be able to go the Tim Horton's close to me, but I can't wake up and go somewhere where I get greeted with negativity before I start my...
Read moreIf I could this establishment 0 stars I would. I have lived in Ohio all of my life but have been going to Canada since I was a child and I am now 41 years old. One of the fondest memories i have from my childhood was going to the Tim Hortons in Cobourg Ontario Canada to get donuts. Unfortunately for years Tim Hortons was not available in the states but recently they have been popping up in Central Ohio but still none have popped in my neck of the woods in NE Ohio. Today I was in Columbus Ohio which is about a 2 hour drive from home when I spotted a Tim Hortons on Dublin Granville Rd. Obviously I could not pass up taking my family in their to eat as my children have become very fond of Tim Hortons when we visit Canada every summer. We walked in around 4pm and the kids were so excited to order Timbits. They wanted birthday cake and blueberry flavored which are their favorite. Much to our surprise both were sold out. I said to the kids it's no big deal we will order some regular donuts and also some dinner food while we are here. One of my sons ordered a BLT and was told they were out hoagie bread so if he wanted one it had to be on a bagel. Ummm ok you are out of bread and timbits well fine we will take it on a bagel. But they only had one plain bagel left so only one person could order that unless they wanted some other flavored bagel. We proceeded to sit down and eat and my daughter didnt want anything at that point because she didn't really want anything on a flavored bagel. After a few minutes of us eating she decides she wanted a sausage and egg muffin. I walked up to the counter at 5:10pm to order it and was told they couldn't make it because breakfast ended at 5pm. I then asked if they could make an exception and make it because they were out of bread for dinner samdwiches. I was told no we can not because we are out of sausage! Are you freaking kidding me? You are out of Timbits, hoagie buns, plain bagels, and sausage? Keep in mind they are open until 10pm. What a joke. What are they going to do for the next 4 hours when people want to order food? The old lady working behind the counter was rude, very unhelpful, and unwilling to try and make this right for us. After this experience I cant imagine to many people falling in love with Tim Hortons like I did when I was a kid. What a shame and shame on you ownership for employing people like this who are tarnishing...
Read moreI go to Tim Hortons every day. I went to this specific Tims today because I was on a different route for work. I choose Tim Hortons because I favor their products, their efficiency and effectiveness. I have always had such good interactions with employees, no matter which location I’ve been to.
HOWEVER, I was so disappointed in service today. I was interrupted 3 times while making a short order (Two donuts, a sausage breakfast wrap, and one extra large 3x3 dark roast with one shot of espresso on the side). I order the SAME thing every day. I was interrupted 3 times while giving my order. The guy totaled up my order three times..... when I asked for sauce on my breakfast wrap he said, “I don’t know which one you be goin to, but we don’t do sauce on those wraps”........ then when I was retrieving my order I asked for my shot of espresso and the girl told me it was in the coffee... I politely stated that I wanted the shot on the side. She stuck her hand out the ordering window motioning with her hand to give her my coffee. I reiterated that I want the coffee on the side not in my coffee and she said I would have to give her back the coffee I already had in my car (I already took a drink out of it). When I refused to give her the coffee I already drank from she refused to give me my shot of espresso.
I’m so blown away by the attitude I was given while I was placing my order, and then again when all I wanted was my order corrected. I have never ever had to deal with such audacity from anyone at a Tim Hortons.
I will not be back there (they likely won’t care) and I want everyone to know my experience so as to avoid the same situation.
All I wanted was my morning order from Tim’s to enjoy while I was on my way to work...
But I absolutely will be reporting this...
