Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Columbus

So having been a loyal patron of Pizza Hut for a long time I will no longer be ordering from this establishment ever again. After placing an order online and being charged for the order, we waited over two and a half hours for the delivery. After trying to call the store and customer service line several times, being disconnected over three times, and put on hold when we finally got through for over 10 minutes and then disconnected, are order arrived, even though Doordash said that they were on our way to our door over 40 minutes ago. As if that was not bad enough, the pizza was completely cold, and we were missing half of our order. The driver claim that they had picked the pizza up only 10 or 15 minutes ago, and it's only about a 7 minute drive to our house, but that's beside the point, they were handed half an order and a Frozen pizza. The worst part about it is the customer service is absolutely horrible because you can't get through to anybody, you are constantly rerouted in the pointless telephone menus back to the beginning, and no one ever answers. This is the case when you call the store directly or the generic Pizza Hut number. This is not the first time this has happened, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time, but we are done. Do not order from this store- if you do go pick it up yourself so that you can verify that what you are getting is fresh and correct, and if you want to eat within the next 3 hours. No need to reply with the generic "we want to make it right" response, I have read the reviews and will be sending you an email with all the information required. In the meantime you might want to figure out where the breakdown is instead of trying to repair...

This pizza hut was the dirtiest pizza hut I've ever ate at the restaurant was dirty the windows had fingerprints all over them had nothing but smears all over them like somebody cleaned it and only cleaned half of the window and then in the restroom the toilet looks like it hasn't been cleaned in ages the sink had black stuff in it looked like it hasn't been cleaned in ages the window seals had cobwebs in them the guy that was taking my order was not even dressed for work shirt all hanging out big old belly hanging out like if you're going to be at work dress appropriate for your job instead of letting your body hang out of your clothing the pizza was so dam hard to ear it was like rubber and we barely could even chew it but we eat it because we was hungry and that's all that was really able with able to eat when we told the guy there that was the employee about how hard the pizza was the only answer he gave us was well you should have gave it back to me why would we get back to you to have you make us another hard Pizza needless to say the employee did nothing to make our visit there any better than what it was he didn't offer to replace the pizza give some money off nothing he absolutely did nothing this was the first time I ever ate at this Pizza Hut and it will be the last time I ever eat at this Pizza Hut the pizza place was that nasty I will never come back to the pizza place again I don't know how they keep that place open I bet if the health department seen how dirty it was they would ...

Have been getting food from this location for years! Downloaded the app and received free pizza, using my Rewards perks. Kool, right! Then on April 25, 2019 I spent $23.45- food & delivery- to have a burnt (have pictures) pizza and lemon pepper chicken nuggets (boneless wings)- ordered bone-in delivered to my apartment! Then I gave the delivery driver a $5 tip!!! He//, I even paid extra for a flavored crust! This type of service is ABSURD!!! Tired and hungry, I literally HAD to eat two slices of the pizza and gave my dogs the nuggets! Wasn't able to reach out to the store because by the time I received the pizza, the location was closed! NEVER in my 50+ years have I EVER received a pizza like that from Pizza Hut! I've been to several locations around the city & in my hometown, where Pizza Hut is the only pizza shop in town- NEVER has this happened! Pizza didn't look or taste like a Pizza Hut product! Very disappointing, because now I have the Rewards perk for the free pizza & skeptical about using it... One last try Pizza Hut, I'm going to try with my Rewards perk, before you lose this loyal Customer! Will update...

UPDATE: Went back (weeks later), because my Grands wanted Pizza Hut. Food was a lot better! They ordered some of everything- Pizza, Pasta, Bone In & Bone Out Wings, Breadsticks & Cinnamon Rolls. Now work on Customer Service- teach the Cashiers the look of money in circulation or at least give them a machine or marking pen. Just because it's not a new bill, doesn't mean it's...
