Will never return to a Wendy’s establishment after the awful service received. I have contacted the store to speak with manager, sent emails to corporate and have not been given any courtesy or apology for the waste of my time of coming to this Wendy’s was. The staff is poorly managed, you have bratty children at the order box that are improperly trained for their jobs. I placed a mobile order for drive through pick-up, drove 15 minutes to get there. I pulled up to the box to give my name. I was told I needed to come inside for my food, nothing else was said. So I questioned this, why? I have done this many times in the past and have never been asked to come inside (I did however deal with an high on drugs kid at your drive thru window that was convinced my husband was his school resource officer? And wouldn’t let it go, and proceeded to make the Wendy’s experience super uncomfortable with many of the things that was said that day by that employee to us). Upon asking why, I was responded with snarky attitude “because I said so”. I’m sorry, not good enough. I was given poor attitude, I have done this many times in the past, I could have been someone disabled that they made this request to. If I would have been provided this info at the box it would have been a different story.
I went inside and was greeted by what I thought was the manager and was told the food was not ready and that was why I needed to come inside. I WAS NEVER TOLD THIS, I was just told I needed to come inside with no explanation. I said I understood and waited ANOTHER 25 minutes for the food, on top of the 15 I wasted driving there. Waiting for my food, I proceeded to watch 2 kids practicing their cheerleading routine behind the counter, while the manager was asking all of them to do something and they all just stood there. Two of these girls went into the back break room to talk about the situation going on at the counter, you could hear them in the back giggling and not doing anything. THERE WERE 6 PEOPLE ON STAFF, only 1 was actually doing work. The so called manager was talking smack about the situation at the food prep table cause I could hear it, and the employee with her was disrespectfully staring at me the whole time while also just standing there, not doing anything to help. Finally get my food, I ask for the managers name, I was provided with Tracey. Thanked them, even after all the garbage incurred, thanked them and wished them a good day. I went to go grab straws, they all thought I walked out and I heard the “manager” say to the kid who gave me the manager name—“what did she ask?? What name did you give her??” This leads me to believe I was not given the correct name of the manager. Also, they were talking blatant garbage ABOUT ME while I was still in your establishment. I came back around the corner and approached your team and laid it out in the open—paying employees to stand around and do nothing. If the lady I dealt with is the manager, that was a poor excuse of customer service all around. And that I truly felt bad that the manager had to deal with all of this if she truly was the manager, because there is a general manager who should be helping address these problems. I work food service and customer service and I have never had such an awful experience.
Wendys, please evaluate this location as it is being very poorly ran and losing you money due to such. I would also appreciate a response of an apology as this online order that I gave them 15 minutes to prepare took a total of 40 minutes to get, WHILE ALSO, being openly talked garbage about in front of your whole staff while I was there.

Read moreWe ate in. The door was locked, but there were people inside. The door furthest from the parking lot was unlocked. When I ordered, the cashier did not say 1 word to me. When it was time to pay he nodded his head toward the machine. I paid without knowing the price or if he even got any part of my order. I was starting to think he was disabled and couldn't speak. He spoke to his co-workers as I waited patiently. He gave me most of my order but not all. He disappeared for a while, the manager yelled from 4 feet away that someone would be right with me.
