Seriously poor customer service. We occasionally enjoy going to Arby's for a quick bite to eat. The food is usually tasty and a nice change from the classic burger and fries fast food. Tonight I was running late getting home from work and decided to pick up dinner on the way. 1st they were out of the wheat bread for my sandwich - they didn't ask what would be an okay substitute, they subbed Rye, which I'm allergic to. I caught that before leaving, so I had to wait (while the rest of the food was getting cold) for my sandwich remade. Anytime a substitution needs to be made they should clear it with the person placing the order instead of just making the order without checking. Headed home without checking my husband's very basic order: double roast beef sandwich, potato cakes, and Dr.Peppr (I had accidentally called it a medium roast beef sandwich, but the person who took my order repeated back double roast beef? I agreed and we moved on.) When I got home my husband instantly noticed that his cold sandwich was not the one he had asked for - they charged us for and gave us the more expensive double cheddar roast beef. I jumped in the car and drove all the way back to Arby's to get a replacement sandwich. No refund offered, instead they said no charge for the replacement sandwich - which still wasn't the Double Roast Beef Sandwich we had ordered in the first place, instead it was just a roast beef sandwich. I give up on this...
Read moreNot sure what was going on here but it’s not the 1st time our order has been incorrect for lunch. We try to come to arbys when we work closer to town but the last couple times our order has either been incorrect or our bags had no sauces we requested, fries are cold, or the sandwiches just seem thrown together very poorly.
Today it was obvious they were busy, but trying to please everyone at the same time. As we gave our order at the drive thru, I could tell from the backseat that they weren’t listening to ANYTHING we were saying, needless to say we got a Dr Pepper over the Powerade we asked for…. Then we were asked to wait in the front bc they hd to make fresh crinkle fries, as we drove away we asked for extra Arbys Sauce, nonetheless, we didnt get any Sauce, the curly fries were cold and half full of the large order, and my sandwhich fell apart as i pulled it out of the bag.
NOTHING ABOUT THIS WAS A GOOD ARBYS EXPERIENCE. My coworkers and i will be avoiding arbys from now on bc of this...
Read moreWorst place in the world to eat loyal customer who lives across the street and still no respect or common human decency their literally no one ever there and when they finally get a customer there unbelievable rude lol i give out free stuff i gave posters to the last manager who worked there but no one likes free stuff watching YouTube videos or animals my channel is about animals I actually feed the food i get to my family because I've never liked Arby's I'm more of a Carl's jr person they are at least nice to a customer that's been inside using coupons for 32 years I've no brothers or sisters so I'm always trying to share food and free stuff since I also have a little anime store but being a friendly local person means nothing to the stores I've help keep in business for years lol I hope they close down or get better kinder workers I won't be back for a couple years until them...
