Starbucks — Restaurant in Concord Township

very dissatisfied. the lady working the cashier and taking our orders was the sweetest lady. she had nothing to do with the situation. my friend and i went to this starbucks to try out the trend tall drink with no ice and venti cup of ice. you pour the tall drink in the venti cup of ice and it’s a cheaper venti. as the baristas are making our drinks they start saying rude things about us. talking about how we don’t care about the environment, and talking about how we were wasting things. they kept saying i’m annoyed. we were disappointed to hear them saying these things because all we were trying to do was get our drinks. we did not once think about hurting our environment and we would never want to. the staff is usually so polite but those 2 mean workers...

Ordered 4 drinks today. The line was a tad long but doesn’t take away from the fact that they did not accept orders for ice caramel macchiatos and when I asked why, the lady said she didn’t know. They also did not inform me that they did not have any passion fruit drinks before I made my order and there was no orderly fashion when it came to handling the orders. Everyone’s drink were coming out at different times and I had to wait almost 25 minutes for my drinks to come out. Some of the people got timid and decided to get their money back because of how long things were taking. Not to mention they were skipping out on ingredients. Decided to go here on a Saturday for a hot drink. Get to the Starbucks and there is a sign saying that they were closed for the day. Although, the associate is behind the counter cleaning. It was also 10 AM so you can imagine how confused I was. The Starbucks is inside of a busy target and a Saturday is the day that you choose to randomly close down operation for the day. Doesn’t add up to me. Won’t go out of my way to visit this...
