My son loves their salt & vinegar wings & wanted to go for his birthday, it was the 1st time for the rest of us (7). They put us on the heated patio, which would've been great because it was much quieter than the main room (which was packed- good sign) & we had some older guests, except we kept getting hit by the cold air as people went in & out an exit door, so we had to keep sweatshirts/ jackets on. An easy correction would be the metal chairs sliding across concrete floor, it can be very loud, like nails on a chalkboard, but I'm sure there are rubber or felt parts they could put on the bottom to help. I heard the nachos, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, fish sandwich, potato wedges, & burgers were good. Buffalo Mac & cheese is pretty good, love the flavor, but I'm picky about grissel in my chicken. I heard the wings were awesome. There was some disorganization from the staff that could be smoothed out and the "hostess" could use some training on greeting & hospitality. Our waitress (Carissa?) was awesome- very friendly, helpful, kept checking in, & fast. Just a tiny piece of advice, if someone is hoping for a hot drink during winter months & there is coffee available, but not brewed yet, please brew some, it'll go a long way. After the "hostess" brushed me off, a gentleman (not sure if he was the manager?) was kind enough to help me take care of the bill & he helped us end the evening on a good note, which was much appreciated. More than 1/2 will never go back; I liked the potential & fun atmosphere, if they improve some of their staff & some of the other suggestions, I would go back & I would feel better about to recommending it to others. If you're just looking for somewherr to meet friends for drinks, app, & watch a game, then this is the...
Read moreWent here today to have lunch with my family as well as kill some time before going to the trampoline park. And honestly was less then impressed. The hostess hardly smiled when we walked in. I had to ask for a booster seatthigh/chair for my 2 year old. After we were seated it took about 7-8 min before the waiter came to ask for our drink order. Then was another 8-9 min wait for the drinks. There was 4 of us. 2 children 2 adults. And there were maybe 5 tables total so they weren't overly busy and had plenty of wait staff. He then all of a sudden came back 3 times within 10 minutes to take our order. We finally ordered our children's food as they were getting bored sitting there for a half hour already. We waited to order our food because we were focused on getting our boys something. He came back 5 minutes after delivering our boys food to take our order. Our food arrived about 20 minutes later. We ordered wings brisket tacos amd cheese curds all pretty simple and quick things. Every single item was cold. The bones in the wings were cold. I then wanted a second mixed drink and had to get up and ask the lady at the front who then went to find my waiter who came to ask if I wanted another drink. Only to go to the kitchen after and forget my drink. 10 min later he walked by amd saw me look at him and went to grab my drink. By then we were all finished and ready to go. I had to ask 3 times for my check. I understand everyone has off days but this was just unacceptable. I hope they do better for future guests. He also gave my 2 year old fries instead of the mandarins we ordered as well as I had ordered a 10 piece wing to go as a separate order and he never put it in nor brought them out to me. I was not impressed amd certainly was not...
Read moreSometimes the food is very good. And other times, we've been disappointed. They aren't very consistant with flavor or quality. Very annoyed by the prices. The menu is set up as snack or small, med. or large. Very annoying concept. Does not explain how many pieces per order. Even the server's explanation, doesn't always match what comes out of the kitchen. A big objection I've had: apparently the Iced Tea does not include free refills. Which wouldn't be a problem, except that on 2 separate occasions a server walking briskly by the table, delivered a 2nd glass of iced tea & kept going so I didn't have a chance to point out that I did Not ask for it. When the check came, on both of these occasions, we were double charged for my tea. We were in a hurry to exit the loud, crowded place, so neither of us took the time to object to the extra charge on our bill. Been to countless establishments which serve chicken wings. Some great, some good & some bad. Never seen wings sold as they are at Buffalo Wild Wings. Every other restaurant or bar, sells by the half dozen or dozen. No guess-work when I order, wondering how many pieces will be served. No extra surprise charges on the bill. More consistant flavors and quality each time. Quieter environment. Prices way too high. Not a good value for us. Will likely NEVER be one of our favorite places to enjoy...
