If I could give 0 stars I would! I would go to a different location! I got food poisoning from this location. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich which is not what I normally order. the bun was falling apart. I didn't want to be "that person" so I ate it anyways. my guess it had been sitting out. My daughter and I were there before they closed and until after they closed.That was the last thing I ate that night so i know it from the food. we ate dinner there to kick off her birthday celebration which was the next day. i started feeling sick the next morning and had diarrhea. I thought it would pass. it only got worse then i started vomiting. I vomited all day and couldn't get out of bed until about 11pm. completely ruined my daughters birthday. so i called once I felt better and some spoke with a supervisor to tell her what happened. she kept calling me girl and said "girl i'm not sure what you're asking for here, a refund?" i said sure that would be nice. she asked did i have the receipt? i said "no" i didn't think i would need it. then she said i can come get another meal. I said "oh no after being sick like that i can't eat it" she then said "well i don't know what to tell you" i asked to speak with someone above her and she said "alright girl" and hung up. then I spoke with the i guess the manger and he was very dismissive and I asked for a refund. he said I send you some coupons for some free food" again, trying to note be argumentative i said " that's fine" and of course he didn't send anything. i've reached out to customer service multiple times and I guess they reach out to the location to tell him but again, nothing. one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever...

I can't believe that Chick Fila would every hire anyone that rude because I've never in my life encountered a rude individual at a chick a Fila. I eat here at least 5 times a week. I called ahead to verify the 10:30 breakfast cut off time. I explained that I was coming there which I know doesn't really matter but when I got there the line was long which caused us to go over 10;30 I called the manager who didn't care that the line was long and said they throw away breakfast 15 minutes before lunch starts and even if I got there at 10:30 on the dot i would have not gotten breakfast . I mean it doesn't matter what she was saying it was how she was saying it. She kept saying over and over you wouldn't get breakfast anyway . We threw it away minutes ago. Then she contradicted herself by saying we only make hash browns to order. Which I know is a lie. Dee jay is very rude and should make salads instead of being a customer service manager. I spend at least $70 a week at chick Fila and have receipts to show. They just lost my money . As hard as it will be because the food is excellent , I will not be disrespected. Read moreNot sure what happened but the left side line was open and taking orders, then after four of us were done and paid, the first person in our line was still taking an order forever and ever and ever, so new drivers got in the right lane to order, so they then drove in front of all those of us whose orders were already taken, to pick up food....like six or eight cars. Then the people who ordered first had their orders sitting there waiting at the window line, while the new people's food wasn't ready yet and it's getting cold so they walked all the way to the back of the line to the cars but we can't leave the car line with our half-hot food because of the cars from the right lane who didn't get their food yet we're in front of everyone and everything was backwards. If you're confused, imagine the customers last night. I ate my food in the Chick-fil-A line waiting to get out. This was a bad experience! Also, I ordered three separate meals and asked for them specifically to be in different bags to give to three different people and was assured they would be separated into orders for me with sauce, but I got two bags...one with sandwiches, one with fries. Two sauces. I don't trust this management to come back and get my expectations met without stressing out...
