I understand people having to wear masks right now during COVID-19. And if I had been asked nicely I would have just left. But seeing as I have a medical problem that prevents me from being able to wear a mask I had to have a letter wrote up by my doctor stating as such. I was in the mall looking for a dress for my friends wedding coming up in October. Seeing as I am a bridesmaid I have to make sure that it is okay for my friend. I was just trying to see what this store had since I have previously loved shopping there. The lady came up to me and very rudely stated that I have to wear a mask. I explained that I have a medical issue but she interrupted me and when I tried to show her the doctors letter so that she could even call and be told. She told me that I could not shop there. So that is fine. This store will never see me again. I love the other store on 29 but this one the people have been rude nearly every time I have been in there. Read moreI shop at both Concord locations, I always receive excellent care. The customer service is great, in my opinion. Not all Rainbow Stores, it the best fit, All Personalities. The only request I have is for a dressing room. I don't care for the guess work on if something fits. It would be better if the customers could try before we buy. It would save many trips back. I think Rainbow's plan is to set us up to keep coming back because everytime, I go back, guess what happens? I return and add more. The staff are honest and friendly. They actually, make me smile, as soon as I walk through the door. Prehaps because I have frequent shopper miles, in their Rainbow network. Happy Sunday! See you tomorrow...

I was over charged twice in less than a month and because I asked the cashier to finish me instead of having me wait on her to entertain her friend. I was told to shop somewhere else if I didn't like it then they both start insulting me and my clothes. They told me go take off all that makeup. She said with my cheap a** outfit. And I was over charged three times the first time I went there. I went there for children clothes not ABUSE....Worst Customer...
