My sister used this place for her wedding (had the best experience) so we decided to try it out. We live two hours away, but they gave us the best deal. Needed five suits ordered and had five different phone calls, all of which I was told the suits would be ordered and we could come in and pay when picked up. I called after not hearing anything for two weeks and was told since no one had paid the suits were not ordered. Luckily we got the suits in three days. My fiancé picked them all up and came home. Wrong size suits in the order. Never using this place again and DO NOT RECOMMEND for a wedding at ALL. Terrible communication and customer service. We bought my husbands suit for our wedding here and it was a fantastic experience. We decided to take a chance and visit this shop and were immediately welcomed by the smiling and kind Arnold. He pointed us in the right direction and took an interest in our needs and offered us fantastic service! We were in and out with a reasonable priced well fitting suit in under half an hour.
