Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Concord

Ordered 2 pizzas online for store pickup at 7:05p and they were not handed to me until 7:54p. I did receive the notification that they were ready wey within their estimated time. The monitor inside the store also showed that my order was ready but for some reason only 1 pizza was ready. How is that possible? The worker did check with another coworker, and both of them checked the oven and then proceeded to tell me it would be a few minutes for the second pizza. There is nothing worse than being lied to - those few minutes turned into 30 minutes. I did try checking on my order after waiting almost 10 minutes but those two workers were nowhere to be found. I was able to get the attention of another worker regarding my order who went to the oven after checking the receipts. He went through the same motion, looked into the oven and told me it would be ready in 5 minutes. He then spoke with a different coworker who was making pizzas. Then after just another 15 minutes later my second pizza was finally ready. Were the two workers just pretending to be looking at a pizza in the oven? Is that Dominos training protocol to lie to the customer? Why did that second pizza take 30 minutes for it to be ready after I arrived?? Brand new store, serving the long underserved pleasant hill market. Staff was still overly friendly, a temporary condition I suspect, and quite efficient. Pizza was ready for pickup the moment I entered.

Large sit-down seating area too, even outside. A true perk amongst the Domino's of this area. The best pizza deals are for carryout ordered thru internet, and now bring the whole family, eat there, claim your "sit-down restaurant for entire family" credit the wife keeps careful track-of for record low cost, in record low time. Ordered from here regularly, but after today, no more. The pizza came with uneven cheese—two slices had little to no cheese, only white sauce (Alfredo). I called to give my feedback since I spent $30 on this mediocre pizza. The manager, Red, spent 10 minutes arguing why I was wrong and he was right, instead of just addressing the issue. Believe it or not, he said Alfredo sauce has a cheese ingredients in it, so that justified less mozzarella. Absolutely terrible customer service.
