First time to this Bdubs. We went on a Saturday night. It was fairly busy. We ended up finding two seats at the bar. We ordered through the QR code. Thought this might be helpful as it was a packed bar.
We got the burger, chips and chili con queso, boneless wings and traditional wings. I didn’t get pics of the food because things starting going off the rails when the food came out. The traditional buffalo wings were cold. You could tell by looking at them that they were. The queso was also cold. We sent both back asking for them to be remade.
Queso came back great. Wings not great. We then realized our burger wasn’t made properly. We decided to just give up on that. Asked to have it taken off the bill.
Fast forward- takes us awhile to get the check. Wanted to pay via the QR code but our bill had been completely messed up. Finally able to flag down someone to grab our check. Give them the head’s up about the mistakes. We get our check- all the mistakes still on there. Have to flag them down Again and explain ourselves again to have the check corrected. Not a great experience. Absolutely avoidable.
There was plenty of staff working. Albeit not a lot of hustling from the entire staff. I wouldn’t call this a customer obsessed staff either. The manager was not at all concerned with connecting with any customers.
As someone who had been in the Service and Sales industry for over 20 years I would simply say “Do Better”
Incredibly frustrating experience. This really isn’t a hard fix. As long as you have the right management in place they will drive customer engagement and...
Read moreI absolutely love Buffalo Wild Wings. The food is excellent. Well there's one of the chicken wings I don't like the Boneless ones I think the ones on the bones are a lot better. They must have a hundred TVs in that place big ones little ones but anywhere you turn. So you won't miss watching whatever game you're watching. Plus they have several different games going on usually hockey basketball baseball football. I watch the Superbowl at this Buffalo Wild Wings and I had a great time I had my service dog with me and they didn't give me any problems. Just the opposite they even had a like handicap place at the end of the bar where is perfect for the dog in me. So very accommodating. My dog doesn't get too much static mainly because he's very well-trained, and he has his vest on. chaos is his name. He looks the part. Plus he is not for and security purposes he's my balance dog. So have to have him. Anyway it's a large Place very large that has outdoor seating with the heaters out there and a bunch of TVs outside to I think that's pretty cool because it could be raining and you still be very comfortable sitting outside. Somebody gave me a gift card for the place and I just went by there and going to go back tonight for dinner. I'm sure I'm going to enjoy it too. So if you're on Dimond Boulevard and you're hungry or in Concord. Did you want a good dinner and good atmosphere. Great place to bring your kids all kinds of handicap accessibility is everything. You've got to check out Buffalo Wild Wings if you haven't checked it out yet it's one of the best. I snapped a...
Read moreI previously rated this location 4 stars, but today's experience as well as the past few bad services have finally changed my mind. Today it took about 30 minutes for us to get drinks, and 30 more minutes to get our food. The waitress only came by about 4 times: once to get our drink order, once to get our food order, once to bring our food to the table and the last to get the check. We had to ask her to bring the check after we had been done eating for about 15 minutes. During this time as well, their fire alarms started going off extremely loudly for some reason and we were practically about to walk out just from the noise. (Other tables left, but had only ordered drinks) Not wanting to skip out on the check, we endured for about 10 more minutes when she finally came back to take our card. There was hardly anyone in there in the first place, no reason why any of it should have taken that long. The wings were good, but the side caesar had practically no dressing on it and I never was able to ask for a side of dressing since she never came back to our table. There is no reason why we should have spent 2.5 hours there between lunch and dinner (not peak hours.) I'm kinda upset we stayed to pay, since a moment after we finally were able to leave the fire department evacuated the building. Not sure what the issue was, but we were more than gracious to stay waiting to pay for 20 minutes with the horrendous alarm noise going on. Sense of urgency is not a concept here, and I hope I don't have to...
