Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Conroe

Any of the subs are really good. This last time, I got a hot sub, (Chicken cheese steak), and my hubby got a cold (Original Italian). She took our order, started my hubby's, slid that down for the next employee for condiments, and then started on the next couples order. Had theirs, they had one hot and one cold, she did the cold then took the next person's order (cold) and started it and slid down to be next. THEN, she started making the hot. Meanwhile, the girl doing the condiments for my hubby was EXTREMELY stingy with them. We ordered the giants, and the girl literally put 3 slices of tomato, about 5 banana pepper slices, about 4 of the thinest cut onion rings I have seen, and about 6 peppercinis, I mean, come on!! Then his was finished, so we waited. The 2nd couple got through with their cold and then waited. The 3rd customer got hers and left. The sandwich for the couple behind us was done 1st. They paid and left. Then I finally received my hot sandwich and we paid and left. Now, my sandwich was very good. My husband was disappointed because there were barely any toppings (not only did we get the giant for him, we also got double meat and double cheese). This was a disappointing visit. But, I will most likely go back, I'll just have to place my order on the app for the wait time and HOPE that they do ok...

This was my very first time visiting Jersey Mike’s, even though we have plenty near where I live—and I have to say, I was blown away. We stopped at this location on our way home from a mini vacation, and it exceeded my expectations.

I ordered the Club Sub and my husband had the Grilled Portobello Mushroom & Swiss—both were fresh, flavorful, and made just right. Honestly, we would’ve taken a full picture before eating, but the food was just too good to wait! To top it off, they had this delicious watermelon tea that I now need to either find ASAP or learn how to make myself. The service was quick and friendly, the food came out fast, and the overall vibe of the store was awesome. Everything was spotless, including the restroom (which even smelled great—something you don’t always get when traveling!).

If I didn’t live 3 hours away, this would definitely become a regular stop for me. Highly recommend this location for both the food and...

I am really disappointed in the order I just sent my mom through Uber Eats. She lives in a Senior community and doesn't have her own transportation so I sent her dinner tonight. The sandwich she ordered is NOT the one she received! We've tried getting a refund from Uber to no avail and tried calling the store with no answer! We ordered a simple turkey w/provolone on wheat, Mike's Way, no tomatoes, add mayo and mustard. Simple, right. Wrong! We got some kind of cheese bread, no mayo, no mustard, heavy tomatoes (which she's allergic to!) and some kind of red/green pepper sauce. Not to mention, the bread was extra soggy.

I normally have a pretty good experience whether I go in myself or use a delivery service. This time, I wasn't available so I had it delivered. I am so frustrated because now I have to order her something else and spend more money! Jersey Mike's, ...
