Crumbl — Restaurant in Conroe

The cookies were ok, we got four but only one was really worth getting again. They definitely were not tasty enough to pay $4.18 per cookie. Of course if you buy in bulk they aren't that expensive. The cookies are huge so at least I can give them that. My biggest issue was that their machines are broken, they know they are broken but they don't care. For some reason the card reader declined my card and we were told it was a known issue but if one machine declined they would all decline so we either had to order on the app or pay cash. I told the worker that if they knew it was an issue they should put a sign on the machine (especially considering they knew it would hit my bank account each time I swiped), but her response was well, it only does it for certain banks. Well, obviously it happens often enough that you know about it. The real problem is that for each time we swiped our card we have a pending purchase in our bank even though it declined the card. The first time I went here the week after it opened and maaaaaan it was slammed! There were so many workers and I had placed an online order an hour ahead of time but I still had to wait! This is understandable seeing as how it had just opened and people go wild for this place! Every time after has been very fast and a very smooth process! The cookies come out perfectly every time and the staff members always welcome you in. When your order is called, the employees always open the package so that you can check the quality yourself and approve. I am disappointed that the sugar cookies made their way out of the rotation seeing as how there is always a chocolate lover and always a vanilla lover in every group, and it makes sense to have an offering for each that is regular. I was the first customer for the Conroe location. This is my first ever review. This is my first time ever trying Crumbl Cookies. The greeting I received as I walked through the door from the entire staff was AMAZING! I felt right at home! I felt welcomed! I ordered the four pack with one German chocolate and three chilled vanilla sugar cookies. I must say they are Deliciously thebomb.com! I know sweets! I love sweets!
