Lottie's Shaved Ice — Restaurant in Conroe

The cones are a nice size, I could hardly finish my small one, they include a spoon and straw. The snow is soft ice, not hard and ice chip like other sno cone places. They have lots of benches for seating that have tables with a convenient hole to place your cone into. There are plenty of benches that are in shaded areas under trees. I love the theme of this place, it’s very sweet and wholesome themed. The location isn’t near heavy traffic area it’s pretty tucked back into its nice wooded nook next to a dentist office. Parking isn’t too bad either. With parking shared with the dental office and some street parking. This is definitely a treat that I would stop by to pick up any chance I can get. Great for a family treat as well. Best snowcones in Montgomery and North Harris Counties! (I haven't tried the others in South Harris County, but I venture to say they have them beat, also. The snow is smooth and the multitude of flavors are amazing!

It's hard to pick each time I go there because everything I've had is so good. The portions are HUGE. I couldn't barely finish a medium. The cream is homemade and if you're into that, it'll be the best cream you've ever had. I love the story surrounding this business and have referred them to all of my friends and people I've barely met. I'm taking a coworker there tomorrow for her first time and a group of networkers Friday night!

The actual snow cone was 5/10, theres a few chunks of hard ice in the cone but overall it was ok. If you live in the Conroe area i really recommend SnoBiz, 10/10. The worst part of lotties is the customer service. There’s literally 10 clueless kids in the back serving snow cones with no gloves, there was only 1 person taking orders on opening day, it took 40 minutes for them to give me my snow cone. I was waiting around and had to remind them what I ordered because they forgot. Very disorganized and untrained, literally worse than the willis post office. They need a responsible adult in charge and a faster way of taking orders. Not...
