I've only done drive-thru and I've never been inside so I have no idea if it's better inside or what, but This is hands down the WORST McDonald's I have ever been to in my life. I don't know if they are trying to set a world record for the slowest service or the most incompetent staff, but every single time I come here, it's the same infuriating experience. Day or night, it doesn't matterâthis place sucks, plain and simple.
First off, the wait times are RIDICULOUS. I'm not talking about a few extra minutesâI'm talking about sitting in the drive-thru for 20-30 minutes with barely any movement. It's like they have no idea what "fast food" even means. The worst part? When you finally get to the window, after all that wasted time, they still manage to screw up the order! Every. Single. Time.
I've lost count of how many times they've given me the wrong items. I order a simple mealâ a drink, and friesâand somehow end up with a happy meal and random bag of food?! Once, I even got someone else's order entirely! How does that even happen? Are they pulling names out of a hat to decide what food to give people?
And don't even get me started on the receipts. They NEVER hand you a receipt, so if you want to make sure you were charged correctly or need to complain (which you will), good luck with that. It's like they deliberately want to make it harder for you to hold them accountable for their constant screw-ups.
It doesn't matter what time of day it isâmorning, noon, or late at nightâthis McDonald's is consistently horrible. I've given this location way too many chances, hoping they'd get their act together, but no. It's always the same mess.
Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else. This place is a disaster from top to bottom. I don't know how they are even still in business with how utterly terrible they are at doing the one thing they're supposed to do: serve food quickly and correctly....
   Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. First the drive through doesnât take credit cards. Not the biggest deal. So my family of four went inside. Two people standing at the counter, a girl and guy, never once acknowledged me. Stood there chatting the whole time. I waited for eye contact.
While waiting to be acknowledged, I remembered I had to open my app to get my points, so I told a gentleman he could go in front of me.
I got it working, and the gentleman was helping the man I let go in front of me. The girl just stood there not making any eye contact. I said, is your register open? She said yea, and thatâs all she said. I proceeded to order. She yawned about 5 time by this time. Like I was a total inconvenience. The shift manager Alex came over and checked her inputting the order. He told her she put the kids meal drinks in incorrectly. He stood there and continued to watch. I said I have to give you my app number so I can get my points. The manager said our points arenât working right now. I said ok, thatâs fine. He walked away, and the girl just stood there saying nothing after I was done ordering. My husband tried tapping his card to pay. She just stood there. Then I asked do you need anything else? She said..âThis register only takes cash.â I looked at my husband frustrated and we left.
First off, Iâve been in customer service for over 20 years. Eye contact and greeting customers is a part of the job. If you canât do that, find another type of job. Second, why would you not tell someone before they start ordering that the register only takes cash and the points arenât working?! This is ludicrous. Grow up girl behind the counter. Learn how to interact with humans. And manager Alex, step up and manage. Make this a place people want to come over the other McDonaldâs within a few miles radius.

Incident#1 - My husband and I went for breakfast on a Sunday morning through the drive thru. We were instructed to park and wait. 12 minutes later...no food. My husband had to go inside and ask where our food was. The staff looked surprised and gave him our food. That was ridiculous!!
Incident #2 - I went through the drive thru a few days ago to order a small mocha frappe and of course..."Please park"..10 minutes later..a guy came out to my car and asked me what I ordered?!?! He went inside and got the coffee. Unbelievable!
Incident #3 - My 75 year old mom went through the drive thru TODAY (8/22/22) and ordered a small Mocha Frappe and of course...they told her to park in space #1.Well, 10 minutes go by and NO COFFEE. They forgot that she was sitting there! An employee stopped at her car and asked if she had been helped. My mom told the lady that she had been waiting on the coffee and the lady apologized and went inside to have her coffee made!!!!!! This is inexcusable service. The staff is forgetful and you get 'parked' for everything. Where is the management? Why are so many people being parked? Why are customers being forgotten after they are told to park? We will not go back to this location. Just go up the freeway to Hwy 105. They have a full staff and certainly don't forget you are...
