The next morning the manager and I spoke and he was able to refund my order. I spoke with the corporate help to get my points back the night before. The manager was kind enough to provide extra compensation for my frustration. I will order here again. The food is always good, the staff is always friendly, even when I was upset. I understand scams happen and usually the business has to eat the cost, I just wish there were a better way to fix it for the customer. Will likely come in to pick up for the future.

I placed an order through the Tropical smoothie app the same as I usually have, I used rewards points, ordered for delivery. Bunch of smoothie bowls without smoothie. Every time. Just filled with pure granola. I usually ask them sweetly to fix it and figured they’re just underpaid and understaffed but really training is likely needed. The staff gives you a hard time if you have a reward (like the 715 code on receipts) so I quit using those altogether but the bowls are either melted juice or totally empty.
