I brought my 2 daughters here for the first time yesterday evening and regrettably we will not be returning to this location. Initially it started off well. We got on a waiting list. Expected wait time was 20-25 minutes. I don’t believe it took even 20 minutes which was exciting! We sat at our booth and waited for our waiter to approach. Once she approached we let her know it was our first time and if she could walk us through the process. She seemed a little agitated not wanting to explain the process. She only told me about the meats did not mention sides and how it works. When she brought out the meat for us to cook, she never mentioned our sides and she was so busy waiting on other tables, it took her a long time to circle back to our table. Once our meat was cooked we waited to see if we could order sides. I waved her down due to her taking a while to see about us. I asked if we could order our sides. She never asked us for our drink order so, once again I had to wave her down for drinks. It was really exhausting. We could never get our second set of meats, drinks, or sides in a timely manner. We missed out on the experience and the ambiance. My daughters were not enjoying themselves. We decided to ask for the check. But of course, I had to wave her down, which took some time. While waiting for our bill, the cashier approached our booth and asked if we were done. Side eye…..excuse me? How rude!! We hadn’t even paid our bill. Sir!! He was rushing us to get up so they could seat someone else at our booth. Mind you, there were people in booths that were there long before us. One group paid and just sat around. They didn’t ask them to leave. The audacity! Now I’m being presented with a $134 bill madness!!! One of my daughters didn’t even receive her two meats.I did tip the waitress 20% which was $22 although, the service was rotten. I’m teaching my daughters to always do the right thing by people. That’s why I gave her a tip. Unfortunately, we did not receive...

Iron Age Korean BBQ is hands down one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, the vibrant atmosphere and modern décor set the tone for a fantastic meal. This all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ spot is a must-visit, especially for anyone who appreciates high-quality food and outstanding service.
The Hawaiian Beef Bulgogi is absolutely incredible! It’s my wife’s and my favorite, and it exceeded our expectations yet again. The sweet, savory marinade is perfectly balanced, and the beef is always fresh and tender. Each bite is packed with flavor, and we couldn’t get enough. Pairing it with the delicious sides like kimchi, pickled radishes, and japchae made the meal even more memorable.
The highlight of our experience was Mahlana. She was absolutely awesome! From start to finish, she ensured everything went smoothly. She kept the food coming, made sure our grill was working perfectly, and restocked our sides without us even needing to ask. Her warm and friendly demeanor, coupled with her attention to detail, truly elevated our dining experience. She made us feel welcome and well taken care of, and she did it all with a smile that made the evening even more enjoyable.
Even though the restaurant was busy, the service was seamless, and the staff worked together effortlessly. The grill stations were spotless, and the energy in the restaurant was lively without being overwhelming.
If you’re looking for amazing Korean BBQ, Iron Age is the place to be. The food, service, and atmosphere are all top-notch. Be sure to try the Hawaiian Beef Bulgogi—it’s a game changer! And if you’re lucky enough to have Mahlana as your server, you’re in for a treat. We can’t wait...
Read moreHorrible experience here. Do not come. We walked in and it seemed busy so we assumed it would be a wait. This older asian man was at the front host stand yelling at one of the employees which made me feel really weird and uncomfortable. While waiting I saw their health score. The most recent score was a 100 but the one before that was in the 60s and before that in the 20s! I don't think i've ever seen a score that low. Then the older asian man came up to us and in a hardly coherent sentence told us to follow him and then proceeded to almost run us to our table, which was still dirty! They had not even bussed the table before sitting us down. Finally after getting started and getting along with our meal. I was holding the tongs for cooking the food in my hands and talking with my friend when that same old man came up and GRABBED THE TONGS OUT OF MY HAND then proceeded to stir the food we had on the grill. Absolutely ridiculous. Very much seemed like he was trying to rush us out. The whole situation made me feel extremely stressed and uncomfortable. Whoever that old man is as the manager or owner he is extremely unprofessional and made this experience terrible for me and my friends. He needs to treat his customers and his staff better. Will be going to Q off 14 next time and I suggest everyone else...
