Disclaimer — I usually don’t give “bad” reviews (my time is best spent sharing positive/honest feedback to promote businesses) however, this experience is worth sharing to warn others that may make a similar mistake.
I ordered three fish, rice, with salad bowls online. By mistake, I tapped barbecue sauce while ordering, but I specifically chose white sauce on the side. When I arrived at the restaurant, I was shocked to see barbecue sauce poured over the fish, rice, and salad.
I calmly asked the cashier if there was anything that could be done to correct the order. His response was dismissive: “No, this is exactly what you ordered online.” Because of his attitude and demeanor, I said okay, oft the store and initially decided I didn’t want the food. After calling my husband, he advised me to just pick up the order.
When I returned, I asked again if I could speak with a manager. The cashier said no manager was available and to come back the next morning. While I was standing there deciding what to do—since no refund was offered or even suggested—I mentioned I might just contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. At that point, the manager suddenly appeared.
The manager told me there was nothing they could do because the order was completed “exactly as placed.” I acknowledged it was partly my mistake, but explained that barbecue sauce was not wanted—and in fact, one of my family members I ordered for has an allergy to it (specifically mustard which is a common ingredient). Instead of showing any empathy, the manager became very abrasive, saying: “If you’re going to dispute it, we’re also going to dispute the charge. It’s your $36 mistake, not ours!”
Although I accept that I obviously tapped the wrong sauce, the entire situation could have been handled with much better customer service. A simple gesture—such as offering to remake one bowl without barbecue sauce, suggesting a compromise, or even speaking respectfully—would have left me feeling valued as a customer. Instead, I was met with hostility and zero effort to resolve the issue.
I’ve ordered from this specific location countless times since their grand opening - I have the app and actually used my points to get $5 off this particular order — but sadly, because of how poorly this was handled, I have decided I will not patronize this...

I got my usual Chicken /Lamb combo you can custom it more salad over rice!, with no hidden fees or up charges how bomb is that unlike other places I’ve been!. My LOOOVE got the Lamb Gyro 🥙 which I must say is heavily packed/flavored with Lamb!!! Filled the whole pita wrap and their bomb house made white sauce! On top. The Meals always ever so beautifully seasoned and presented every time. The Owner Mr T was hilarious 🤣 Customer service A1, and also dropped some great knowledge of gems on the culture and food!. I told him about the other location Bowie near the HT & he’s like you know how I know, and they only have 4 tables we agreed and he showed us a video clip and said he was the owner!! It was a great learning experience! … The Baklava here is so wonderfully crafted and not too sweet at all even My Mama Crushed it!!! So I’ll have to get her one the next time!!… Google needs to get with the times and let you post videos!!! So much beauty in this place and the layout is different very open! Colorful...

I came to this location a little after 12AM and when I walked in I noticed one of the employees coming out of the bathroom with a full trash bag after changing it. Nobody was at the register so I assume another employee was at the register. Nope, this guy drops the trash bag and goes right to the register and starts putting people's food in bags without changing the gloves he was handling bathroom trash with. He then types my order on the computer and I told him "weren't you just handling trash from the bathroom with those gloves on? You might want to change those." He apologized and took them off and started packaging the food barehanded. I got my food but I don't even want to eat it I'm so disgusted.
