Didn't want to post this publicly but since the "manager" at this location doesn't bother to answer the phone I'll post here. My wife and I went to the Lavale location on 2/22/23 at approximately 6:30. We walked inside to get our order due to previous bad experiences with the drive thru at this location recently. When we got inside there was nobody in line in front of us. I asked the employee if they still had the Italian chicken sandwich. He said they did. I then ordered 1 Italian chicken sandwich, 1 spicy Asiago ranch chicken sandwich, 1 fish sandwich and a 4 piece nuggets to go. No fries, no drinks. I paid with my card. He asked if I wanted a receipt. I replied Yes please. He looked at me like I was speaking another language and then walked away without giving me a receipt. We stood and waited for the order. A few more customers came in and ordered. Finally they tossed a bag on the counter and began chatting with their friend who had came in. I checked the bag and said there should be 3 sandwiches. Then he wanted to see my receipt. The same receipt I was not given. I said it can't be more than 5 transactions back on that computer terminal. A female employee asked what was up. I explained. She looked around the corner, grabbed a sandwich and tossed it into the bag. We took our order and went out to the car so we could let our dog pee and give her a nugget. My wife checked bag and the order was wrong. At this point my blood pressure was through the roof. My wife took the order back inside and was once again asked for the receipt that we were never given. At this point my rage was about to boil over. I told them to give us our money back.    Read moreStopped by drive thru to get 2 burger combos. One of which was a baconator meal with no toppings. Got our food, fries were cold and rubbery as soon as they were handed to us. Asked for new fries. Checked the burger to be sure it was plain, but it only had 1 thin burger patty, a small slice of cheese, and 2 small pieces of bacon. I asked for the correct burger (again no toppings), was given a biggie bag burger with toppings and onions. (Baconator doesn't get onions ever). Had to have them remake it again. A third time. Gave us another biggie bag burger but no toppings. (Biggie bag burgers are much smaller than baconators). The burgers tasted awful. They were out of chocolate frosty. After the third burger, I was just embarrassed for them and left. It's ashame, because we LOVE Wendy's, but NOT THIS Wendy's. We will not be back. Also, the guy asked me if I wanted a receipt. I said yes. He gave me my receipt, then pulled off this long streamer like tape of other receipts a couple feet long.    Read moreWe always frequent this location when we go visit my grandparents in the state of Delaware. This last visit will be one I will never forget. There's was this young lady screaming and cursing at the staff because her food was taking too long. I worked in fast food for over 7 years and understand that sometimes it can take a bit longer around 10pm. This lady was freaking out about working in fast food for three years and she would have never treated a customer like that. The staff honestly didn't do a thing wrong. The bathrooms were spotless, the staff was extremely friendly to us, and they were extremely apologetic about the small wait window. I commend them for putting up with that lady. The manager refunded her and was completely calm the entire time. Patience is something that this woman lacked and the staff's reaction was exceptional.
