This Whataburger just launched it's Grand Opening a few weeks ago. I was there on opening day. I was also happy that it is literally 5 minutes away from my house.
The Food did not disappoint. I'm from Houston, Tx and was happy to Discover last that they had a "Whataburger" in Buford, GA
Unfortunately the Food was not good and the fries were cold the first time I had it and the Bun on my Whataburger was hard and dry.
So a couple of months later. I tried them again and my experience was far worse than the first time I visited. The staff was extremely unprofessional and cursing and on their cell phones along with the manager.
The couple there before me had been waiting 20 minutes for their food which was a simple Whataburger Meal.
I ordered my food and 15 minutes in. Still no food and the couple before me still had no food. I filed a complaint with corporate and reached out several times with no response, call back or follow up.
So I vowed to never ever go back to that location and still to this day. They are getting negative reviews.
Having said that because of those 2 bad experiences and no response or follow up from Corporate. I was a Little hesitant to try this location.
But I'm glad that I did. The food and customer service was on point. Kim and Rae were very pleasant.
I tried it again 2 days later and had the exact same experience and met Matt who was very nice. Hopefully that is his name..lol 🤣.
I visited today for a 3rd time and again had excellent customer service. Rae is a blessing and like a "Rae of Sunshine". She's always upbeat and providing excellent customer service.

Read moreThe person in the drive thru that too my order was very nice and pleasant and the person who brought my order was nice but overwhelmed. It took way to long to get mt food, the fries were cold, they ran out of drinks and I didn't get money back for the drink because I felt I'd be there for another 40 mind just to get my money back. I originally ordered a certain flavor drink. The kid came out and said they were out, I said okay and chose a soft drink, the kid came back out and said they didn't have that drink either after asking which other drink I'd like. The kid goes back inside to see what drinks they actually do have and came back out with the original drink I asked for saying they're supply truck came and they now have the drink, like huh. What are you talking about, there was no supply truck! Idk where he got that drink from but I definitely left it there and just said forget a refund for the drink and honestly the fries too. I'll never go back. I'll just go to the other one thats further from me. Not a good...
Read moreI don't really review much, but let me tell you one thing. Customer service was absolute garbage when it comes to whataburger. Please keep in mind it was my first time and first experience with Whataburger, and I myself come from true customer service as I work at in the restaurant field. I got the free burger on the app, and proceeded to the counter I was greeted by a young lady, who was embarrassingly rude, I asked for grilled onions on the sandwich and she looked at me and said what do you want. Excuse me?! Customer service is a first in the restaurant business and if you want your business to thrive it's the customers that continue to keep the business alive. I feel very sorry as how can you keep these types of workers. Management to do something about their staff ASAP. I don't know who's training them but they need to do a better job. I would not recommend what a burger to anyone, they barely put any sauce on their sandwiches and this location messed...
