I get home my double whopper with cheese cut in half combo. My whopper was ice cold, fries cold. And whopper not cut. Ok so I try to call 8 ti.es i try... Tells me the # I dialed... Bla bla. (This is the number I asked manager on duty for.) Ok so I drive back(less than a mile) i pull back up at 9:50. Manager runs to door and locks it. So I had to knock on door. They act like they dont hear yet they look right at me. Mind you there is atleast 10 employees along with their friends hanging out inside the store. So I knock much harder. Mngr FINALLY ASKS "what do u want?" Oh wow! Ok so tell her my issues no Im sorry about that let me take care of it. She says "well we have nokniveds here# of all,no knives? 2nd why wasnt I told we cant cut ur whopper. Ok so now that thru she goes in remakes mu double with cheese and hot fries. She brings them out sandwhich is a single. and she turn walks away and shutsvthe door in my face. Ok so she is becoming more rude by the sec and at this point... Im very unhappy to say the least. Ok so moving forward I look at my sandwhich and its a single not the double i ordered and payed for. So I knock again she keeps walking as shes talking to otheremplyees and motioning towards_the door Im standing at.agian I knick much harder she finally she turns around "And says." Yes, what is it?" So I tell her and she SNATCHES THE BURGER, Then"; after its "fixed" she brings it back then again just _walks away. No im sorry nothing. Seems this is terrible and untrained management and staff! I can't tell you how it feels as a parent to lie to your child because you're too tired to go back to a place for completely screwing up your order after promising your little a themed night all because Burger King has the meals to go with the movie. The employees at this particular location on this night just absolutely "love" their jobs and it shows so much.
From putting in the wrong food, to handing us drinks in regular cups without even offering the themed ones... they got you covered here
No customer service or anticipation, "can I get you any sauces or napkins" "yall have a nice night"....Nope, just throw the food out the window and shut it, who gives a damn if it's right.
Now I'm sitting here explaining to my kid on our themed date night after being up since 4am working and trying not to fall asleep that you're ice cream machine was down... which it wasn't, y'all rung in the wrong food and that the mozzarella sticks are a seperate purchase... which they aren't, they come with the meal we ordered... and reminding him that he didn't like the lemonade the last time he had it, so it's good he got sprite instead.

Read moreI ordered and paid online. When I arrived there was a vehicle that was at the driver thru order box for 15 minutes. I drove around to the window only to be ignored by the manager and employee. After 5 more additional minutes of waiting there, I was told that I needed to pull up because I had 4 cars ahead of me. I explained the vehicle behind me took 15 minutes in addition to my now 5 minutes and now I'm being told to pull ahead and wait more for an order that is already paid for. They then proceeded to assist a total of 10 vehicles before I received my food. This is 100% completely unprofessional and unexceptional. What is the purpose of ordering online and paying ahead if I'm only going to have to come to your restaurant and wait? This location needs to be closed as they do not meet the demands or professionalism for this area. They run this as if it's a low budget, under staff mom and pop shop. The entire staff needs to be retrained and given a personal class in customer service 101. Your location shouldn't offer a service that they can't and ARE NOT WILLING TO ACCOMMODATE.
