I Love Wings Conyers — Restaurant in Conyers

Unbelievable- Excellent! We tried I Love Wings through DoorDash for the first time last night and am kicking myself for not trying them sooner. Over the last year, we have ordered a ton of delivery from different restaurants in the area and have struggled with the quality of food and the numerous mistakes from our orders. I also just assumed it was 'another typical wing place'. I WAS SO WRONG!!! We have a large family and placed a rather big order- it was earlier than estimated! That never happens with Door Dash...but the quality of the food was shockingly amazing. We had orders for several different flavors of traditional wings- my boys raved about them- ALL OF THEM! No complaints from even the pickiest ones...We also had an order of boneless wings and they were perfect and much bigger and tasty then any I've tried before. We had a couple Philly sandwiches and as much as I would have wanted a bite- I think I would have had to wrestle someone to the ground to pry it from their hands to share. Then to continue my surprise and shock- we had cheese sticks. But they had the softest textured cheese- Also the best I've ever had...The cheese just melted in a way that I can only describe as "melt in your mouth" again...perfect flavor. The fries were even done perfectly! The right amount of crisp outside with the soft fluffy inside and I believe they were lightly seasoned, too...but the best was the salad. I ordered a chicken salad and it was like a salad on steroids. There was crisp beautiful lettuce, tomatoes, small sticks of carrot, cheese, (plus I asked for extra cheese and they didn't disappoint)f it even had onions...most take out places just throw some lettuce, maybe a little shaved carrot and a cherry tomato in a container and call it good...nope- then the chicken was a huge portion. Let's just say that this was the best experience and food we've had all year. They won't...

Food is fantastic. We love the wings and fries. Menu has a huge selection with good prices. We've gotten take out from here several times since the Covid 19 lockdown started. Service is iffy, last time I called to place a 50 wing order for takeout. Placed the order then received a call back from the cashier stating that the cooks would not prepare the order until we got there and paid because they didn't want to make the order then get stiffed because it was a "big" order. 50 wings with fries is around $36. Why take call in phone orders? I've placed larger to go orders elsewhere and had no problems. My first job was at a local, non chain, wing cafe and we never refused a call in order, even large ones. Tonight we went into the restaurant to place an order to avoid the call in hassle. None of the employees were wearing masks or sanitizing after handling payment from customer. The cashier seems to need more training. I ordered our 50 piece and an additional 20 piece of another flavor, she tried to combine the order at first and I had to explain I wanted an additional 20 piece, not 30 of one flavor and 20 of another. She rang me up then I looked at the ticket when I sat down to wait, she didn't ring up my 20 piece at all. Had to go back up and put in my 2nd order. She put my name different on both of the tickets, adding to the confusion. She told me 15 mintues, it was 30 minutes before my food was ready. Due to the 2 different tickets with 2 different names, they couldn't figure which orders all belonged to me when bagging. While I waited, I watched her struggle to input other's orders into the computer. She was friendly and so was the other girl working the front, just really seem to need more training. Inside was bright and clean, I'd like to eat in there when we can again. Food was great...

Not really sure what's happening/taking place, but service quality has diminished severely over the past few weeks.

My order placed yesterday (03/11) will be the third (3rd) time in the past few weeks, that an order I've placed had items that were missing/incorrect. I ordered a whiting combo and the fish was over-cooked,(or maybe the fish was stale?), I only had a handful of fries; and the garlic bread along with the coleslaw was missing.

When asked about it, I was told that I should have been advised that the items were not available when I placed my order and reminded again when I picked my order up. To add insult to injury, my drink order wasn't correct, but I'll take that 'loss' as I didn't double-check before I left the window.

Not sure where Sam was on a busy Friday night, but the young lady who he had left in charge, had her hands full. From fussing at the kitchen staff to having to remind the (white) young man who was 'helping' at the counter, it truly seemed like she was ready to pull her hair out. She advised that she'd speak with Sam and have him connect with me...it's 4pm (EST) and haven't heard from him yet...hoping he'll call before EOD.

3rd times the charm for me. As such, I'll not be going back to this establishment. WNB Factory, their competition, is across the parking lot...although a slightly tad bit higher, I may try them...
