This is by far the WORST Chipotle restaurant I've ever been to! I traveled to this particular location because we were traveling and wanted a healthier option of food. After driving 53 miles we finally arrived at this location. When I walked in I noticed a crowd of people walking out shaking their heads. Once inside the restaurant the employee informed me that they were out of both white and brown rice. I now recognize why the crowd walked out. The employee told me that it would be 25-30 mins before the rice would be cooked. There were 8 GROWN ADULTS working and yet not one of them noticed that both the white and brown rice ran out! 🤷🏾 ONLY because we had driven 53 miles just to come here and my entire family was hungry and tired from traveling did I even decide to wait. While I waited I noticed that there were dirty dishes that were piled up ....not one employee was washing them. What happened to the "clean as you go" rule?! The staff were talking amongst each other......NO professionalism what so ever! During my wait several customers came in and walked out because they refused to wait on the rice. One lady even stated that this location is always out of something every time she comes. Poor management clearly! After waiting 30 mins the mgr goes over to the pot of rice and "tastes" the white rice and then stated that she couldn't serve me the rice even though we waited 30 mins for it because it "tasted" gummy from being over cooked. She would then have to recook the rice or I could wait 10 more minutes on the brown rice! Unbelievable!!!!!!! I was furious! All the while the other employees are very nonchalant and very unbothered to say the least. I FINALLY got my food and of course I refused to pay for all 4 meals and drinks. I am truly thankful that the location near my home has superior customer service because that would be THE ONLY reason I would ever eat at Chipotle ever again. But just think about all those people that left....so much money lost due to POOR customer service! This location needs a complete new set of employees because they give Chipotle a horrible name!!!! Read moreMy family ordered online 2 days ago, instructing me to go in, grab the food that’s ready and walk out. I was on a business zoom in my pods while driving so I appreciated the ease in flow and didn’t mind stopping to pick it up. About to walk into the store, the place was packed! Masks by customers had noses out and they clearly had been standing there, a tad annoyed, I walked in the grab the food and leave. No food. From the looks of things, nothing would be ready soon. This was at 6:50p. I called my mom that placed the order and she told me, ready time would be 7p. So I waited. I waited and waited. I walked in to check 3 time’s from 7:00 to 7:20, nothing. Lines long. No one spoke to you about the delay and the entire mobile order wall was dry outside of the others waiting for their food. By 7:20p I began to get annoyed, I didn’t plan to spend this much time for chipotle that I didn’t order. Keeping calm, and seeing that going in gets no response, I called from the parking lot. The automated system sends me to the store where a little girl answers. Me: Hi, I placed and online order and wanted to check on it since it still not ready. Her: Oh yea, we’re a little bit backed up that’s why, so it’ll be a while. Me: Well, is it possible to get an eta? It was supposed to be ready at 7p and it’s now 7:20. Her: Whats your name Me: Gives first and last name Her: Hold on, hangs up phone on receiver, phone call disconnects ... by now, I’m aggravated. Going in and out the cold and in and out a crowded store. The food had been paid for so leaving or waiting in that long line just for them to fix an online order was not an option. I waited longer. Non of this was to say that my food included in that order, so after waiting we’ll over an hour for an online order that didn’t included my dinner. No words. No apologies. The mobile food prep area, shut down. It looked like an unorganized messy training assembly line in this store. I held on eating this night by the time I got home being behind on my night. Please send help to this chipotle or just avoid it...
Read moreThis Chipotle is terrible. I visit it relatively frequently and place my order on the app and it is almost never ready at the promised time. I always end up having to wait an extra 15-30 mins. Today I placed my order on the app while I was waiting to checkout at Target because I knew this Chipotle store would not be on time. This was not my main issue this trip however. I ordered a burrito bowl on the app. The app said the store did not have any chips so I was only able to order a large queso. I figured if the store did have chips it would be an easy fix once I got there. WRONG! I asked the girl working the to go orders if I can get some chips because the app said you did not have any. She went to get the manager Miguel. I asked if he could just charge me the difference of the queso vs chips and queso bc the app said chips were not available or if he could just give me the chips for the inconvenience. He was extremely nasty. He said I had to ask for a refund on the which I had no idea how to do. Did not offer to show me or apologize for the inconvenience. He instead told me I can buy the chips and I would have to get in the back of the long line in the store for chips. That defeats the purpose of me ordering on the app. I just found him to be extremely nasty, no apology for the inconvenience. He acted as though I was a bother to him when all I wanted was some chips. I thought it was ridiculous to possibly lose a customer over the cost difference of a dollar and some change.
