Hello, I wish I was writing something positive, but the only thing I am positive about regarding the situation is that I will not be returning. Last week, my friend told me about the two dollar pan pizza deal, and I know I'm not the only one struggling financially, so two dollars sounded amazing for my family of three. Today, I decided to give it a try at lunchtime. I walked right in and nobody greeted me. After about a minute, I noticed that there was a piece of paper on the counter that read: We are out of pan pizzas. Try again after five. At this point my daughter was super excited about trying this Pizza as she's never had it. I was hyping her up about how I used to get so excited to get that free pizza coupon from elementary school when I was young. I spoke to my friend on the phone and she informed me that I would have to place an order online, so I did! I saw the $2 pizza deal and clicked on it. I ordered four pizzas and some cinnamon rolls. 😋 Pick up was for 6:20. I showed up at 6:27 as my email never updated to my pizza being ready. I waited in a line out the door for a few minutes before I worked my way inside to be told that the pick up time will not be met and that my order had 32 orders in front of mine. I said: okay, I will be back. I drove home as I live 11 minutes away. I returned at 7:00 pm. To my surprise the line was gone, so I walked in excitedly only to discover that after I left, everyone's order was canceled, including mine. There was no accommodation planned, just who I assume to be the manager, telling everyone that they ran out. I'm confused because if this is a professional business with a promotion, then shouldn't they be prepared? Shouldn't the online promotion display a disclaimer about the pick up times being different due to the high volume of orders? Shouldn't there also be a disclaimer about the possibility of your order being canceled? Shouldn't this have been handled more...
Read moreBack in the day this place was on point. Great service, friendly, understanding delivery drivers and always accurate with orders. And its right down the street from my house, so its convenient. But over the past couple of years, its been on a decline. Now sad to say, but its the last resort as far as delivery for me. The service is pretty bad. Anytime I call to place or confirm an order, I get sighs, attitude or my order not taken seriously. Most of this is from the manager, her name escapes me. I really don't understand her or most of the current employees there, if you are not a people person why even take the job??? The drivers are very nonchalant, rude and somewhat clueless. They would literally bring the wrong order and be like "I really could care less". Speaking of wrong order, they always get my orders wrong, they either put way too much of what I least prefer on or don't put enough of what I want. Which is worst because I'm paying for it and still not getting it. I've had multiple bad experiences from this place and its manager, but I have a question for all of the people on this thread. If you truly feel the way you feel, have you called corporate? If you haven't or don't plan to take any necessary actions of making this place better, than there is no reason for you to be on here just to talk. Understand this fact. We are their business, without people ordering from them, they have nothing. And if enough people call corporate and voice their issues, they would have no choice but to oblige us. Whether its firing the current manager, getting a good manager in there with new staff or whatever. Read moreIf I could give this location zero stars, I would. On 01/19/19, I placed a delivery order with a given delivery time of 35 minutes. Called the store after waiting 50 minutes & was told that the delivery driver was 2 seconds away from my home. That turned out to be a lied. Called the store for a second time 20 minutes later and canceled my order decided to order from DOMINOS. 5 business days later, I noticed that I had not been issued a refund on my credit card for the canceled order. So, I called this location and was informed that it may take up to 5 business days before the refund shows up in my account. I decided to practice patience and give them a few more business days since I did call in on the last deadline day. Up to now, I have not received my refund which is now 10 business days out. I have filed a complaint with the corporate office & plan to involve the regional manager first thing Monday morning. I will not rest until I get a full refund. I will never personally patronize or recommend this location to anyone.
